Claims (2)

  1. 찌글러형 촉매의 존재하에 에틸렌 또는 소량의 α-올레핀을 연속한 다단계로 중합하는 방법에 있어서, 3기 이상의 중합기로부터 이루어진 중합장치를 사용하여, (U성분) : α-올레핀 함유량 αu이 0.1 내지 10중량%, 극한점도[η]u이 전에틸렌 중합체의 극한점도[η]W에 대하여, 2×[η]W≤[η]u≤5×[η]W이며, 전에틸렌 중합체중에 점유하는 U성분의 비율 Ru이, 0.3×[η]W≤[η]u×Ru≤0.8×[η]W을 만족하는 성분 (H성분) : α-올레핀 함유량 αH이 20중량% 이하이며, 극한점도 [η]H이 ([η]W)2/2≤[η]H≤1.5×[η]W이며, 전에틸렌 중합체중에 점하는 H성분의 비율 RH이 0.25×[η]W≤[η]H×RH≤0.7×[η]W를 만족하는 성분, (L성분) : α-올레핀 함유량 αL이 10중량% 이하이며, 극한점도[η]L이 0.2[η]L≤2.0이며, 전에틸렌 중합체중에 점하는 L성분의 비율 RL이 [η]L×RL≥0.05×[η]W를 만족하는 성분이며, 또한 Ru+RH+RL=1.0으로 Ru, RH, RL는 모두 1미만이며, αu×Ru≥0.2×(αu×RuH×RHL×RL)을 만족하는 에틸렌 중합체를 임의의 순서로 제조를 행하고, 촉매로서, H성분에 상당하는 중합체를 단독중합한 경우에, 그 분자량 분포 Mw/Mn이 7 내지 17의 범위에 있는 폴리에틸렌을 얻고, 그때의 실활속도 정수 Kd >0.3(Hr-1)인 촉매를 사용하여, 전에틸렌 중합체의 극한점도[η]W이 1.5≤[η]W≤4.0인 폴리에틸렌을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌의 제조방법.
  2. 찌글러형 촉매의 존재하, 에틸렌 또는 소량의 α-올레핀을 연속한 다단계로 중합하는 방법에 있어서, 3기 이상의 중합기로부터 이루어진 중합장치를 사용하여, (U성분) : α-올레핀 함유량 αu이 0.1 내지 10중량%, 극한점도[η]u이 전에틸렌 중합체의 극한점도[η]W에 대하여, 2×[η]W≤[η]u≤5×[η]W이며, 전에틸렌 중합체중에 점유하는 U성분의 비율 Ru이, 0.3×[η]W≤[η]u×Ru≤0.8×[η]W을 만족하는 성분, (H성분) : α-올레핀 함유량 αH이 20중량% 이하이며, 극한점도 [η]H이 ([η]W)1/2≤[η]H≤1.5×[η]W이며, 전에틸렌 중합체중에 점하는 H성분의 비율 RH이 0.25×[η]c≤[η]h≤0.7×[η]W를 만족하는 성분, (L성분) : α-올레핀 함유량 αL이 10중량% 이하이며, 극한점도[η]L이 0.2≤[η]L≤2.0이며, 전에틸렌 중합체중에 점하는 L성분의 비율 RL이 [η]L×RL≥0.05×[η]W를 만족하는 성분이며, 또한 Ru+RH+RL=1.0으로 Ru, RH, RL는 모두 1미만이며, αu×Ru≥0.2×(αu×RuH×RuL×RL)을 만족하는 에틸렌 중합체를 임의의 순서로 제조를 행하고, 촉매로서, H성분에 상당하는 중합체를 단독중합한 경우에, 그 분자량 분포 Mw/Mn이 7 내지 17의 범위에 있는 폴리에틸렌을 얻고, 그때의 실활속도 정수 Kd >0.3(Hr-1)인 촉매를 사용하여, 전에틸렌 중합체의 극한점도[η]W이 1.5≤[η]W≤4.0인 폴리에틸렌을 제조하여, 얻어진 폴리에틸렌에 라디칼 발생제를 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌의 제조방법.
