무수물-그라프트 된 폴리프로필렌의 올리고머로 부터의 중합체 제조방법

Claims (9)

  1. 한 성분이 산 무수물기를 갖는 비포화 단일체로써 그라프팅하여 개량한 폴리프로필렌 그리고 다른 한 성분이 상기 무수물기에 대해 반응성인 적어도 2개의 동일 또는 비동일기를 가지는 화합물 R이며 두 성분 모두 낮은 융체 점도를 가지고 그라프트 된 폴리프로필렌이 갖는 무수물기의 수에 대한 화합물 R이 가지는 반응기의 수의 비로 정의되는 두 성분의 몰비가 0.01~2, 바람직하게는 0.1~1이 되도록 하는 양의 상기 두 반응 성분을 용융 상태로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무수물-그라프트된 폴리프로필렌의 올리고모로 부터의 중합체 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 200℃에서 10S-1의 전단 속도로 측정하여 상기 그라프트된 폴리프로필렌의 융체점도가 500Pas 이하인것을 특징으로 하는 무수물-그라프트된 폴리프로필렌의 올리고머로부터의 중합체 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌을 말레산 무수물로써 그라프팅 하는것을 특징으로 하는 무수물-그라프트된 폴리프로필렌의 올리고머로 부터의 중합체 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화합물 R이 폴리올, 폴리아민, 폴리에폭시드 및 폴리이소시아네이트로 구성된 군에 속하며, 분자량이 50,000이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 무수물-그라프트된 폴리프로필렌의 올리고머로부터의 합중제 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 화합물 R이 1,6-헥산디올인 것을 특징으로 하는 무수물-그라프트된 폴리프로필렌의 올리고머로 부터의 중합체 제조방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 화합물 R이 폴리옥시에틸렌 글리콜 및 폴리옥시테트라메틸렌글리콜인 것을 특징으로 하는 무수물-그라프트된 폴리프로필렌의 올리고머로 부터의 중합체 제조방법.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 화합물R이 알파, 오메가-디아미노 폴리아미드 11 올리고머인 것을 특징으로하는 무수물-그라프트된 폴리프로필렌의 올리고머로 부터의 중합체 제조방법.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 화합물 R이 가수분해한 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 무수물-그라프트된 폴리프로필렌의 올리고머로 부터의 중합체 제조방법.
  9. 제4항에 있어서, 화합물R이 알파, 오메가-디에폭시 폴리프로필렌글리콜 및 에틸렌/글리시딜 메타클리레이트 공중합체로 구성된 군에 속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무수물-그라프트된 폴리프로필렌의 올리고머로 부터의 중합체 제조방법.
