Claims (12)

  1. [A] 마그네슘, 티타늄, 할로겐 및 폴리카본산에스테르류를 필수성분들로 함유하는 고체티타늄 촉매 성분. [B] 유기알미늄 화합물 및 [C] 일반식 RnSi(OR′)4-n[여기서 R 및 R′는 탄화수소기를 나타내고 n는 0<n<4의 수이다]로 형성되는 촉매계의 존재하에 3-메틸브텐-1을 예비중합함을 포함하는 폴리프로필렌 제조방법에 있어서 고체티타늄 촉매 g당 3-메틸브텐-1을 0.1∼100g 예비중합시킨 다음, 예비중합에 사용한 촉매존재하에 중합되는 단량체 또는 단량체들의 양을 예비중합된 3-메틸브텐-1 양의 1,000∼100,000배 범위로 α-올레핀과 프로필렌을 공중합 또는 프로필렌을 중합시킴을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 예비중합된 3-메틸브텐-1의 양이 티타늄촉매성분[A]의 g당 0.5∼50g인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 예비중합된 3-메틸브텐-1의 양이 티타늄촉매성분[A]의 g당 1∼50g인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 중합되는 단량체 또는 단량체들의 양이 예비중합된 3-메틸브텐-1 양의 1,000∼30,000배인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 중합되는 단량체 또는 단량체들의 양이 예비중합된 3-메틸브텐-1 양의 3,000∼30,000배인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌의 제조방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 중합되는 단량체 또는 단량체들의 양이 예비중합된 3-메틸브텐-1 양의 1,000∼30,000배인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌의 제조방법.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 중합되는 단량체 또는 단량체들의 양이 예비중합된 3-메틸브텐-1 양의 3,000∼30,000배인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌의 제조방법.
  8. 3-메틸브텐-1 중합체를 1∼1,000중량ppm 함유하는 폴리프로필렌을 적어도 1방향으로 연신시켜 얻어지는 연신 폴리프로필렌 필름.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌중의 3-메틸브텐함량이 1∼500중량ppm인 것을 특징으로 하는 연신 폴리프로필렌 필름.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌중의 3-메틸브텐-1 함량이 10∼400중량ppm인 것을 특징으로 하는 연신 폴리프로필렌 필름.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 연신을 텐터연신법, 롤연신법 또는 튜블라연신법으로 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연신 폴리프로필렌 필름.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 연신을 2축으로 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연신 폴리프로필렌 필름.
