Abstract
본 발명은 a) 11.5 내지 14의 pH 범위에서의 라이밍(liming) 단계, b) 5 내지 11.5의 pH 범위에서의 배팅(bating) 단계로 이루어진, 빔하우스(beamhouse)에서의 하나 이상의 부분 단계에 있어서, 9 내지 11의 pH의 범위에서 최적 활성도를 갖는 알칼리성 리파아제(E. C. 3. 1. 3.)를 상기한 부분 단계들에 상응하는 수성부유물 (float)에 가함을 특징으로 하여, 빔하우스내에서 단백질 분해 효소 및 지질 분해 효소를 사용하여 생가죽(hide) 및 동물가죽(skin)으로부터 타닝(tanning) 공정에 용이한, 탈모된 생가죽을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (9)
- a) 11.5 내지 14의 pH 범위에서의 라이밍(liming) 단계, b) 5 내지 11.5의 pH 범위에서의 배팅(bating) 단계로 이루어진, 빔하우스(beamhouse)에서의 하나 이상의 부분 단계에 있어서, 9 내지 11의 pH의 범위에서 최적 활성도를 갖는 알칼리성 리파아제(E. C. 3. 1. 3.)를 상기한 부분 단계들에 상응하는 수성부유물 (float)에 가함을 특징으로 하여, 빔하우스내에서 단백질 분해 효소 및 지질 분해 효소를 사용하여 생가죽(hide) 및 동물가죽(skin)으로부터 타닝(tanning) 공정에 용이한, 탈모된 생가죽을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리성 라파아제를 알칼리성 프로테아제(E. C. 3. 4. 21) 또는 천연 프로테아제(E. C. 3. 4. 24)와 함께 동시에 가하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 프로테아제로서, 췌장체의 프로테아제를 가하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 효소를 공지된 계면활성 물질과 함께 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 라이밍 단계 a)를 12 내지 13.5의 pH 범위에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 배팅 단계를 8 내지 9의 pH 범위에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서 효소를 당해 분야에 공지된 금속 이온 봉쇄제(sequestering agent)와 동시에 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부유물의 길이가 50 내지 250%인 방법.
