Abstract

Un agente de depilacion enzimatica para usarse en un paso de depilacion en el curtido para producir piel que comprende proteasa alcalina como un componente activo; una solucion de tratamiento que comprende el agente de depilacion enzimatica y un agente ajustador de pH; un metodo para el tratamiento de depilacion enzimatica en el curtido para producir piel que consiste en poner en contacto un cuero o piel en bruto con la solucion de tratamiento; y una piel producida por el metodo; el metodo se puede emplear para proveer una piel y pelo recuperado de buena calidad, mientras reduce marcadamente la carga de contaminacion del agua de desecho de depilacion del paso de depilacion.
