Abstract

본 발명은, 석회처리효소가, pH 범위가 9 내지 14인 수성 알칼리성 플로트 속에서 2nEc 내지 5nEc 이상의 농도로 사용되는, 석회처리효소로서 프로테아제를 사용하여 표피 및 가죽을 석회처리하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 석회처리효소가, pH 범위가 9 내지 14인 수성 알칼리성 플로트 속에서 2nEc 내지 5nEc 이상의 농도로 사용되는, 석회처리효소로서 프로테아제를 사용하여 표피 및 가죽을 석회처리하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 석회처리효소가 2.5nEc 내지 5nEc의 농도로 사용되는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 석회처리효소가 표피 또는 가죽 ㎏당 20,000 내지 100,000LVU를 초과하는 농도로 사용되는 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 석회처리효소가 최대 3 내지 6시간 동안 표피 및 가죽에 작용하도록 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 석회처리효소가 pH 8 내지 14의 범위에서 최적 활성을 갖는 알칼리성 프로테아제를 포함하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 석회처리효소가 pH 10 내지 14의 범위에서 최적 활성을 갖는 알칼리성 프로테아제를 포함하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 석회처리효소가 엘라스토분해 활성을 갖는 방법.
  8. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 석회처리효소가 생석회 및 환원제와 함께 석회처리공정 초기에 플로트에 가해지는 방법.
  9. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 석회처리효소가 플로트에 석회처리공정의 개시 후에 가해지는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구한 방법으로 처리한 표피 또는 가죽.
