Claims (6)

  1. 티오우레아 이신화물 및 엘라스타제 활성을 갖는 알칼리성 프로테아제를 함유하는. pH값이 10 내지 14인 수성-알칼리성 플로트(float)에서 하이드(hide) 및 스킨 (skin)을 석회처리함을 특징으로 하여, 하이드 및 스킨을 석회처리하는 방법
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 석회처리용 플로트가 처리되는 하이드 및 스킨 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.3 내지 2%의 티오우레아 이산화물을 함유하는 방법.
  3. 제제1항에 있어서, 석회처리용 플로트가 알카리성 프로테아제[E.C.3.4.1]와 함께 유효량의 알카리성 엘라스타제[E.C.2.4.21.11]를 함유하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 석회처리용 플로트에 황화물이 첨가되지 않는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 알카리성 프로테아제가 세균성 프로테아제인 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 알칼리성 세균성 프로테아제를 바실러스 알칼로필러스(BACILLUS ALCALOPHILUS)로 부터 수득하는 방법.
