L'invention concerne des procédés de trempe renforcée enzymatiquement pour dépouilles et peaux en poils, avec utilisation d'enzymes protéolytiques et lipolytiques et d'agents à activité interfaciale dans des bains aqueux, les bains de trempe contenant : A) des lipases ayant un optimum d'activité dans la gamme de pH de 9 à 11, B) des protéases à activité dans la gamme de pH de 9 à 11, et C) des agents à activité interfaciale, et le pH des bains de trempe se situant dans la gamme de 9 à 11.
