Abstract
본 발명은 양파파열을 감지할 수 있는 신속하고 신뢰성 있는 방법과 이 방법을 실행할 수 있는 테스트키트에 관계한다. 양막파열로 인한 IGFBP-1에 특이적 결합물질을 이용하여 감지하는 것으로 구성된다.

Claims (14)
- 질분비물에 있는 특정 단백질을 정량함으로써 양막파열을 감지하는 진단방법에 있어서, 감지된 단백질은 인슐린 유사성장인자 결합단백질-1, (IGFBP-1)이고 질분비물내에 있는 IGFBP-1에 특이적인 적어도 하나 이상의 IGFBP-1 결합물질을 이용하여 양막파열시 IGFBP-1을 정량하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양막파열 감지 진단방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 테스트에 사용되는 결합물질과 질분비물내에 있는 IGFBP-1의 농도비를 조정하여, 다른 지역에 있는 IGFBP-1 의 농도가 높은 경우 양성이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서, 사용된 특이 결합물질이 IGFBP-1 에 대한 항체인 것을 특징으로 하는 진단방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 항체가 단클론 항체인 것을 특징으로 하는 진단방법.
- 전술한 어느 한 항에 있어서, IGFBP-1 결합물질과 라벨된 결합물질에 기초한 시약을 이용하여, 시그날을 감지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단방법.
- 제 2, 3, 4 또는 5 항에 있어서, 테스트를 실행하기 전에 시료내에 IGFBP-1 농도를 감소시키기 위해 질분비를 시료를 희석시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 희석은 1:10, 적절하게는 1:20 인 것을 특징으로 하는 진단방법.
- 제 2, 3, 4 또는 5 항에 있어서, 라벨된 시약을 사용하고, 측정된 IGFBP-1의 농도가 충분히 높은 경우에만 시그날이 나타나는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단방법.
- 양박 파열을 진단하기 위한 테스트 키트에 있어서, IGFBP-1에 특이적으로 결합하는 물질이 포함된 한가지 이상의 기질을 포함하고 질분비물에서 양막파열로 인한 IGFBP-1 의 존재를 감지하는 것으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 테스트키트.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 결합반응을 감지하는 라벨이 추가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 테스트키트.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 라벨에 의해 발생되는 시그날의 강도가 양수가 있는 IGFBP-1 이 고농도일 경우에만 양성 반응이 나타나도록 조정된 것을 특징으로 하는 테스트키트.
- 제 9,10 또는 11항에 있어서, 시약에는 IGFBP-1에 특이적인 결합물질로써, 특히 IGFBP-1 항체, 적절하게는 단클론 항체가 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 테스트키트.
- 제 10 항 또는 11항에 있어서, 결합반응을 감지하는 라벨이 다른 IGFBP-1 결합물질과 복합된 시그날 발생물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 테스트키트.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 특이 결합물질에 기초한 시약은 고형상 또는 불용성 임자에 결합된 결합물질 또는 결합물질 용액으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 테스트키트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
