제1도는 쥐-pMeta-1 표면단백질의 제한효소 절단부위와 항체 결합부위를 나타낸다,
제2도는 CD44 단백질의 pMeta-1 DNA의 총서열이다,
제3a도는 CDNA와 세포의 부분의 단백질 서열이다,
제3b도는 쥐(rMeta-1), 사람(hCD44)와 쥐(mCD44)의 세포의 부분에서의 표면 단백질이 서열이다,
제4도는 CD44에서 유도된 RNA 패턴이다,
제5도는 pMeta-1의 코딩부위이다.

Claims (23)

  1. DNA 단편의 구성에 있어서, a)뉴클레오티드 서열
  3. b)a)에서 언급된 뉴클레오티드중 하나의 하이브리드할 수 있고 전이종양세포의 표면 당단백질을 코드하는 뉴클레오티드 서열, c) a)와 b)에서 언급된 DNA 서열과 비교할때 퇴화성 또는 대립형질 변이체를 가지는 뉴클레오티드 서열로 구성된 것에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전이종양세포의 표면 단백질을 코드하는 DNA 단편.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 반응파트너와 적어도 85% 통일성을 가진 뉴클레오티드 서열과 하이브리드 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 DNA 단편.
  5. 제1항과 2항에 따른 DNA 단편과 벡터 뉴클레오티드 서열로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 제조합 DNA 분자.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 벡터 뉴클레오티드 서열이 발현 백터인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조합 DNA 분자.
  7. 제1항 또는 2항에 따른 DNA 단편 또는 제3항 또는 제4항에 따르른 재조합 DNA 분자를 소유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형질전환된 숙주 세포.
  8. 제1항과 2항에 따르는 DNA 다편에 의해 코드되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리펩티드.
  9. 제3항과 4항에 따른 제조합 DNA 분자에 의해 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리펩티드.
  10. 제6항과 7항에 있어서, 아미노산 서열의 구성이 …r-단백질
  12. R과 이들의 다양한 대립형질과 글리코실레이션 생성물로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리펩티드.
  13. 제6항 내지 8항에 따르는 폴리펩티드의 에프토프와 반응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다가와 단가 항체.
  14. 전이종양세포의 표면 당단백질을 코드하는 뉴클레오티드 서열 또는 그 일부분을 동성, 생산 또는 분리하는데 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 또는 2항에 따르 DNA 단편 또는 상보가닥, 유도체의 용도.
  15. 제7항 내지 9항에 따르는 폴리펩티드의 동성, 생산 또는 분리에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제9항에 따르는 항체의 용도.
  16. 제9항에 따르는 적어도 하나의항체를 포함하는 전이종양의 진단용 약물.
  17. 제12항에 있어서, 효소와 결합되어 있는 항체는 발색 물질이나 방사선 동위원소가 라벨되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 약물.
  18. 제12와 13항에 있어서, 항체는 적어도 2개의 항원 결합부위를 가진 하이브리드 항체인 것을 특징으로 하는 약물.
  19. 제1항에 따르는 DNA를 이용하여 생성되거나 또는 제6항에 따르는 폴리펩티드에 대한 항체.
  20. 제15항과 6항에 따른 항체와 단백질이 종양치료에 사용되는 약물을 생산하기 위해 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
  21. 종양치료에 사용되는 약물을 생산하는 제15항과 따르는 항체를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
