Abstract
엠보싱롤은 무이음매 슬리브안에 무이음매 엠보싱롤을 성형하는 것을 포함하는 방법에 의해 성형된다. 슬리브는 내부 주위에 배치된 표시를 가지고 또한 그 다을 롤안으로 반전되어 성형된다.

제 1 도는 본 발명 방법에서의 일단계를 도시한 개략도, 제 2 도는 표시가 실린더 안에 조형되는 다른 단계로 도시한 개략도, 제 3 도는 슬리러브의 성형을 나타내는 본 발명의 또 다른 단계의 개략 단면도.
Claims (12)
- (1) 인쇄 가능한 물질의 무이음매, 외부의 노출된 표면을 갖는 두 이음매 원통형 부재를 설치하고, (2) 제 1 표시를 상기 인쇄 가능한 물질의 상기 외면상에 조형하고, (3) 상기 원통형 부재 주위에 상기 실린더의 외면에 대한 슬리브를 성형함에 의해 생기는 내면안에 방전된 표시를 갖는 연속적인 무이음매 슬리브를 성형하고, (4) 상기 슬리브의 내면에 대하여 또한 안에 상기 제 1 표시와 실질적으로 일치하는 표시를 갖는 치장 실린더를 성형하는 단계로 구성되며, 필름상에 엠보싱되는 표시를 갖는 치장 실린더 성형방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조형은 상기 표면안에 오목새김된 표시를 형성하도록 목적물을 상기 외면과 접촉시키는 것을 포함하고 또한 상기 슬리브의 상기 발전된 표시는 돋는 표시를 포함하는 필름상에 엠보싱되는 표시를 갖는 치장 실린더 성형방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계(3)의 상기 슬리브는 경화 가능한 물질로 성형되고 또한 상기 성형이전에 상기 슬리브를 경화하는 것을 포함하는 필름상에 엠보싱되는 표시를 갖는 치장 실린더 성형방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 치장 실린더의 상기 표시와 상기 필름을 접촉시킴에 의해 중합체 필름상에 상기 표시를 엠보싱하는 단계(5)를 또한 포함하는 필름상에 엠보싱되는 표시를 갖는 치장 실린더 성형방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 성형은 상기 슬리브안에 그리고 상기 발전된 표시와 접촉하며 양생가능한 유기 누지의 성형 가능하고 액상화된 형상을 제공하는 것과, 상기 수지를 양생하는 것과, 상기 슬리브를 제거하는 것으로 구성된 필름상에 엠보싱되는 표시를 갖는 치장 실린더 성형방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 인쇄가능한 물질이 가열 경화 가능한 물질이고 또한 상기 방법은 상기 연속적으로 슬리브가 성형되기전에 동일하게 경화하기 위하여 상기 물질을 가열하는 것을 포함하는 필름상에 엠보싱되는 표시를 갖는 치장 실린더 성형방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 부재의 상기 경화된 물질과 상기 필름을 접촉함에 의해 필름을 표시로 엠보싱하여서 원판 필름을 제조하고 또한 상기 원판을 조형도구를 사용함에 의해 단계(2)의 조형을 실행하는 것을 또한 포함하는 필름상에 엠보싱되는 표시를 갖는 치장 실린더 성형방법.
- (1)오목새김된 패턴을 설치하기 위하여 무이음매 원통형 슬리브 부재의 외부의 주위의 최소한 일부를 인쇄하고, (2) 상기 슬리브이 내부상에 배치된 상기 오목 새김된 패턴을 형성하도록 상기 슬리브를 내-외측 뒤집고, (3) 상기 뒤집한 슬리브안에 반전된 형상으로 상기 오목새김된 패턴을 포함하는 치장 실린더를 성형하는 것으로 구성된 필름상에 엠보싱되는 표시를 갖는 치장 실린더 성형방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 치장실린더와 접촉함에 의해 필름을 엠보싱하는 단계(4)를 또한 포함하는 필름상에 엠보싱되는 표시를 갖는 치장 실린더 성형방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 내-외측 뒤집기전에 그것을 경화하기 위하여 상기 인쇄된 패턴을 갖는 상기 슬리브를 가열하는 것을 또한 포함하는 필름상에 엠보싱되는 표시를 갖는 치장 실린더 성형방법.
- 내면상에 패턴을 갖는 무이음매 슬리브를 설치하고, 상기 무이음매 슬리브안에 외부주위에 배치된 반전된 형상의 상기 패턴을 갖는 무이음새 치장실린더를 성형하는 구성되는 필름상에 엠보싱되는 표시를 갖는 치장 실린더 성형방법.
- 성형가능하고 경화 가능한 무이음매 슬리브 부재의 외면상에 패턴을 성형하고, 상기 슬리브 부재를 경화하는 단계와, 상기 슬리브를 내-외측 뒤집는 단계와, 상기 내-외측 뒤집혀진 슬리브의 내부에 성형 가능하고 경화 가능한 물질을 주입하고 상기 내-외측 뒤집힌 슬리브의 내면에 대하여 상기 물질을 성형하는 단계와, 상기 부재의 외면상의 상기 패턴의 반전을 갖는 무이음매 원통형 부재를 형성하도록 상기 물질을 경화하는 단계로 구성되는 무이음매 엠보싱롤의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
