Abstract
PURPOSE:To impart the unevenness due to raised printing on the surface of the sheet for molding to the surface of a molded object by a method in which the raised printing by curable ink is applied onto one surface of a base film, and the film is fitted onto the inner surface of a mold so as to direct said printed surface toward the mold, and then after molding, the molded object is released from the mold, and the sheet for molding is separated. CONSTITUTION:The sheet for molding is made by forming a raised printing on one surface of a base film 1. The sheet for molding is fitted onto the inner surface of the mold 4 for injection molding so as to direct said printed surface toward the mold, and then the resin 3 for molding is injected and is molded. When the molded is opened, the unevenness made by the raised printing is molded on the surface of a molded object 5 in which the resin for molding has been cured. An uneven molded object is obtained more cheap than the case in which the unevenness is preliminarily engraved on the inner surface of the mold. The surface of the molding sheet having no raised printing may be also finished into frosted state. A separatable layer 6, a pattern layer 7 and an adhesive layer 8 are molded in order, whereby while the unevenness is molded on the surface of the molded object 5, simultaneously the pattern may be also transferred.
