Abstract

본 발명은 대용량과 큰 충전시스템을 사용하지 않고 용이하게 충전될 수 있는 2차전지를 가능하게 하는 전기자동차의 전기 시스템에 관한 것이다.
전기 시스템은 충전중 배전망상의 전력의 보전을 유지할 수 있다.
2차전지를 충전할때, 인버터를 교류모터로 연결하는 스위치가 개방된 다음, 외부배전망으로부터 교류전압이 인버터의 교류측에 공급된다.
인버터는 제어회로의 제어항 교류전압을 직류전압으로 정류함으로써 2차전지가 직류전압으로 충전되도록 한다.
또 다른 예에서, 교류모터의 권선들은 3-극접촉기의 절환작용에 의하여 배전망과 인버터사이에 연결될 수 있으므로써 권선들이 교류 리액터들로서 작용하도록 한다.

Claims (20)

  1. 하나이상의 바퀴를 구동하기 위한 교류모터와; 직류전력은 공급하기 위한 2차전지와; 상기 2차전지로부터 공급되는 직류전력을 상기 교류모터로 공급될 교류전력으로 변환하는 전력변환수단과, 상기 전력변환수단은 교류전력을 직류전력으로 정류함으로써 직류전력이 상기 2차전지에 재생되도록가는 재생기능을 가지며; 상기 2차전지의 충전중의 상기 전력변환수단과 상기 교류모터사이의 연결을 단절시키는 수단과; 상기 충전중에 상기 전력변환수단의 교류측에 교류전압을 공급하는 수단과; 상기 전력변환수단은 교류측에 공급된 상기 교류전압을 충전중에 직류전압으로 정류함으로써 상기 2차전지가 상기 직류전압에 의하여 충전되도록 하는 것을 구비한 전기 자동차의 전기시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전력변환수단은 상기 2차전지의 충전중에 PWM 제어를 수행하는 인버터인, 전기 자동차의 전기시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 교류모터, 상기 전력변환수단, 상기 단절용 수단 및 상기 공급용 수단은 단상인, 전기 자동차의 전기시스템.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 교류모터와 상기 전력변환수단은 3-상인 반면에, 상기 단절용수단과 상기 공급용수단은 단-상인, 전기 자동차의 전기시스템.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공급용수단과 상기 전력변환수단사이에 설치된 리액터를 더 구비한, 전기 자동차의 전기시스템.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공급용수단과 상기 전력변환수단사이에 삽입된 전압강하변압기를 더 구비한, 전기 자동차의 전기시스템.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 전압강하변압기의 출력전압의 첨두치는 상기 2차전지에 인가되는 직류전압보다 더 낮게 설정되는 전기 자동차의 전기시스템.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공급용수단과 상기 전력변환 수단사이에 삽입되는 퓨즈를 더 구비한, 전기 자동차의 전기시스템.
  9. 하니이상의 바퀴를 구동하기 위한 교류모터와; 직류전력을 공급하기 위한 2차전지와; 상기 2차전지로부터 공급되는 직류전력을 상기 교류모터에 공급된 교류전력으로 변환하는 전력변환수단과, 상기 전력변환수단은 교류전력을 직류전력으로 정류함으로써 직류전력이 상기 2차전지에 재생되도록 하는 재생기능을 가지며; 충전중에 상기 전력변환수단의 교류측에 교류전압을 공급하는 수단과; 충전중에 상기 공급용수단과 상기 전력전환수단사이에 권선들이 삽입되는 식으로 상기 교류모터의 권선들을 연결하는 수단을 구비하고; 상기 전력변환수단은 교류측에 인가되는 상기 교류전압을 충전중에 직류전압으로 정류함으로써 상기 2차전지가 상기 직류전압에 의하여 충전되도록 하는, 전기 자동차의 전기시스템.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 연결용 수단은 상기 충전중에 상기 공급용수단과 상기 전력변환수단사이에 권선들이 삽입되어, 상기 바퀴의 구동중에 정상적인 모터권선구성을 취하는 식으로 상기 교류모터의 권선들을 절환하는 스위치를 구비하는, 전기 자동차의 전기시스템.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 교류모터는 3-이상이고, 상기 교류모터의 상기 권선들은 상기 바퀴들의 구동중에 스타-결선되는, 전기 자동차의 전기시스템.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 교류모터는 3-상이고, 상기 교류모터의 상기 권선들은 상기 바퀴들의 구동중에 델타-결선되는, 전기 자동차의 전기시스템.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 2차전지의 충전을 시작할때 자동적으로 상기 스위치를 작동시키기 위한 수단을 더 구비한, 전기 자동차의 전기시스템.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 전력변환시스템은 상기 2차전지의 충전중에 PWM제어를 수행하는 인버터인, 전기 자동차의 전기시스템.
  15. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 교류모터, 상기 전력변환수단, 상기 연결용 수단 및 상기 공급용 수단은 3-상인, 전기 자동차의 전기시스템.
  16. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 교류모터와 상기 전력변환수단은 3-상인 반면에, 상기 연결용 수단과 상기 공급용 수단은 단-상인, 전기 자동차의 전기시스템.
  17. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 공급용 수단과 상기 전력변환수단사이에 삽입되는 전압강하변압기를 더 구비한, 전기 자동차의 전기시스템.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 전압강하변압기의 출력전압의 첨두치는 상기 2차전지에 인가되는 직류전압보다 더 낮게 설정되는, 전기 자동차의 전기시스템.
  19. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 공급용 수단과 상기 전력변환수단사이에 삽입되는 퓨퓨즈를 더 구비한, 전기자동차의 전기시스템.
  20. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 전기차량의 상기 바퀴들을 브레이크하기 위한 브레이크를 더 구비한, 전기 자동차의 전기시스템.
