Abstract
본 발명은 결정형의 마크롤라이드 항생제인 디리트로마이신의 신규한 합성방법에 관한 것이다. 본 공정은 단일 반응 용기에서 수행하며, 산촉매의 존재하에서, 아세토니트릴에 용해시킨 아세탈을 관련 헤미아세탈로 가수분해시킨 후 에리트로마이실아민과 직접 반응시켜 결정성 디리트로마이신을 생성한다.

Claims (3)
- 하기 일반식의 아세탈을 수성 아세토니트릴에 용해시키고, 산촉매의 존재하에 시간외로 가수분해시키고 에리트로마이실아민과 반응시키는 결정성 디리트로마이신의 제조방법;상기식에서, R1및 R2는 서로 같거나 상이할 수 있는 C1내지 약 C6의 직쇄 또는 분지된 알킬그룹이거나 또는 서로 함께 -CH2--CH2, -CH2-CH2-CH2-, 또는 -CH2-CH2-CH2-CH2일 수 있어서 이들이 결합된 구조와 결합하여 5- 내지 7-원 고리를 형성할 수 있다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아세탈이 2-(2-메톡시에톡시)아세트알데하이드 디에틸 아세탈 또는 2-(2-메톡시에톡시)아세트알데하이드 디메틸 아세탈인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 아세토니트릴 용매의 수분함량이 약 4%이고, 산 촉매가 p-톨루엔설폰산이고, 에리트마이실아민의 양에 대해 측정한 p-톨루엔설폰산의 몰 당량이 약 0.04이고, 에리트로마이실아민의 양에 대해 측정한 아세탈의 몰당량이 약 2.7인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
