Claims (15)

  1. 구조식 1의 화합물
    상기식에서
    R1과 R2는 각각 C1-C3-알킬, C1-C3-알콕시나할로겐,
    R3는 수소, C1-C3-알킬이나 할로겐,
    R4는 수소나 메틸, R1, R2, R3와 R4에서 전체 탄소원자의 수는 6은 넘지 않는다.
    R5는 할로겐으로 치환되었거나 비치환된 C3-C8-알릴,
    C2-C6-알케닐, C3-C6-알키닐 또는 할로겐이나,
    C1-C3-알킬로 치환되었거나 비치환된 C3-C7-시크로알킬 또는 할로겐, 시아노, 니트로, C1-C3-알킬, C1-C3-알콕시나 C1-C2-할로게노알킬로 치환되었거나 비치환된 C6-C10-아릴,
    R6는 할로겐으로 치환되었거나 비치환된 2-푸릴이나 2-테트라하이드로푸릴, 또는 β-(C1-C4)-알콕시에틸, 또는
    여기서 Z는 a)-X-R7b)-NH-N(R8)(R9) c) -OSO2R10d)
    여기서 X는 수소나 황
    R7은 C1-C2-알콕시도 치환되었거나 비치환된 C1-C6-알킬, 또는 C3-C4-알케닐이나 C3-C4-알키닐 R8은 수소나 C1-C3-알킬, R9는 C1-C3알킬이나 할로겐이나 메틸로 치환되었거나 비치환된 페닐 R10은 C1-C4-알킬이나 모노-나디-(C1-C3)-알킬아민 R11은 C1-C2-알콕시로 치환되었거나 비치환된 C1-C3알킬이다.

R1이 C1-C2-알킬, C1-C2-알콕시 R2는 CH3, OCH3나수소, R3는 수소, CH3나 할로겐 R4는 수소나 CH3R5는 C1-C6-알킬이나 C2-C4-알케닐, C3-C4알키닐이나, C3-C7시크로알킬, R6는 2-푸릴, 2-테트라히드로푸릴, β-(C1-C2-알콕시) 에틸이나-CH2Z, Z는 OR7, -SR7-NHN(R8)(R9)나 -OSO2R10(여기서 R7은 C1-C2알콕시로 치환되었거나 비치환된 C1-C4-알킬, C3-C4-알케닐이나 C3-C4-알키닐, R8과 R9는 각각 C1-C3-알킬이고 R10은 C1-C2-알킬이나 모노메틸아민)인 청구범위 1항에 따른 구조식 I의 화합물.
  3. R1이 CH3나 OCH3, R2는 CH3나 염소, R3는 수소, R4는 수소, R5는 C3-C4-알킬, C3-알케닐이나 C3알키닐, R6는 2-푸릴, 2-테트라히드로푸릴,-CH2CH2OCH3나 -CH2Z Z는 -OR7, -NH-N(R8)(R9)나 -OSO2R10(여기서 R7은 C1-C3-알킬, R8과 R9는 각각 C1-C2-알킬 R1은 C1-C2-알킬이나 모노메틸아민이다)인 청구범위 1에 따른 구조식 I의 화합물.
  4. 청구범위 1에 따른 -(1'-이소프로폭시 카보닐-에틸)-N-메톡시아세틸-2,6-디메틸아닐린.
  5. 적당한 매체 또는 표면 활성첨가제와의청구범위 1항에 따른 화합물 활성성분을 함유하는 살균제조성물.
  6. 활성성분으로 청구범위 2항의 화합물을 함유하는 청구범위 5에 따른 조성물.
  7. 활성성분으로 청구범위 3의 화합물을 함유하는 청구범위 5에 따른 조성물.
  8. 활성성분으로 N-(1'-이소프로폭시카보닐-에틸)-N-메톡시아세틸-2,6-디메틸아닐린을 함유하는 청구범위 5항에 따른 조성물.
  9. 식물 병리학적 세균의 결과로 감염을 조절하고 방지하기 위한 청구범위 1에 따른 화합물의 용도.
  10. 청구범위 2에 따른 화합물을 사용한 청구범위 9에 따른 용도.
  11. 청구범위 3에 따른 화합물을 사용한 청구범위 9에 따른 용도.
  12. 청구범위 4에 따른 화합물을 사용한 청구범위 9에 따른 용도.
  13. 구조식 II의 화합물과 구조식 II의 산 할라이드나 산 무수물을 반응시키는 청구범위 1에 따른 구조식 I화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서 R1, R6는 청구범위 1에 정의된 바와 같다.
  14. 구조식 X VI의 화합물을 에스테르화 촉매 존재하에 알콜 HO-R5과 반응시켜 청구범위 1에 따른 구조식 I의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기에서 R1, R6는 청구범위 1항에 정의된 바와 같다.
  15. 구조식 II의 화합물을
    (상기에서 R1-R4는 청구범위 1에 정의된 의미를 갖고 R5는 청구범위 1에 정의된 의미나 수소를 나타낸다)
    구조식 III의 화합물
    HOOC-R6(III)
    의 산할라이드나 산무수물과 반응시키고 R5가 수소를 나타낼 경우 청구범위 14에 따라 화합물 X VI의 연속 에스테르화로 에스테르화 촉매존재하에 상응하는 알콜과 반응시켜 R5가 청구범위 1의 의미를 갖게하여 반응시키는 청구범위 1에 따른 구조식 I의 화합물의 제조방법.
