Claims (11)

  1. 하기 식(I)의 화합물
    상기식에서, R은 하기의 기로부터 선택되며,
    x는 산소, 황 또는 C1-4알킬렌이며 ; R1, R2, R3, R4, R9및 R10각각은 독자적으로 수소, C1-8알킬 또는 COOR16이며; C1-8알킬이며; R17과 R18각각은 독자적으로 수소, 할로겐 또는 1 내지 6개의 할로겐원자로 선택적으로 치환된 C1-8알킬이고; 또는 R17과 R18이 함께 옥소기를 형성하며 ; R19와 R20각각은 독자적으로 수소, 할로겐 또는 1 내지 6개의 할로겐원자인 선택적으로 치환된 C1-8알킬이며: W는 -(CR17R18)t-(CR19R20)t´- 또는 SO2이고; Y와 X 각각은 독자적으로 산소, 황 SO2, C=O 또는 CR15R16이고; 이것은 근접한 탄소에 붙어 있는 것을 조건으로 하며; n은 0 또는 1; n´은 0.1 또는 2; q는 0.1 또는 2; t는 1 또는 2; 및 t´은 0 또는 1임.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R이 하기의 기인 화합물.
    상기식에서, R5, R6및 R7은 제1하에서 규정한 바임.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, R1, R2, R3, R4, R9및 R10은 독자적으로 수소 또는 C1-4알킬인 화합물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, R5는 니트로, 할로겐, C1-4알킬이고, R6는수소, C1-4알콕시 및 할로겐으로 부터 선택되었으며, R7은 할로겐, C1-3알킬설포닐옥시, C1-3알킬설포닐옥시, C1-3알킬설포닐 및 C1-3알킬티오인 화합물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, R8이 수소 도는 염 형성 부위인 화합물.
  6. 하기 식의 화합물.
    상기식에서, q는 1, x는 CH2R9은 H, R10은 H, R5은 NO2, R6는 H 및 R7은 SCH3임.
  7. 제1항에서 규정된 식(I)의 화합물과 농업적으로 허용되는 담체를 포함하는 제초성 조성물.
  8. 잡초나 그것의 부위에 제1항에서 규정된 식(I)화합물을 제초성의 유효량으로 적용하는 것을 포함하는 잡초 제거방법.
  9. 하기식(II)의 에놀에스테르를 시안화물 제공원 및 중간 염기와 반응시켜서 R8이 수소인 식(I)의 화합물을 산출하며, 이어서, 필요하다면, 상응하는 에놀 에테르나 에놀 에스테르로 에테르화 또는 에스테르화 반응 시키는 것을 포함하는 제1항에서 규정한 식(I)의 화합물의 제조방법.
    상기식에서, R, X, q, R1-R4및 R9-R10은 제1항에서 규정한 바임.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 본 명세서에서 실시예의 방식으로 거의 기술된 방법.
  11. 제9항 또는 제10항에 따른 방법으로 산출될 수 있는 식(I)의 화합물.
