- 하기 일반식의 옥사졸리노아제티디논을 하기 일반식의 4-히드록시부티레이트와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식의 4-(임의 1-보호된-3α-아실아미노-2-옥소아제티딘-4β-일)옥시부티레이트의 제조방법.(상기 식들 중에서, R1은 임의 치환된 알킬, 아르알킬 또는 아릴이고, R2는 메틸렌, 히드록시이미노 메틸렌,보호된 히드록시이미노 메틸렌 또는 디아조메틸렌이며, X는 옥소 또는(엑소)메틸렌이고, Z는 수소 또는 N-보호기이다)
- 하기 일반식의 4-Y1-치환된-아세토아세테이트를 아릴술포닐아지드와 같은 디아조화제와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식의 2-디아조-4-Y1-치환된 아세토아세테이트의 제조방법.(상기 식들 중에서R은 에스테르 형성기이고 Y1은 히드록시, 보호된 히드록시 또는 일반식의 기(식중 R1은 임의 치환된 알킬, 아르알킬 또는 아릴이며 Z는 수소 또는 N-보호기이다)이다]
