Claims (1)

  1. a) 구조식(2)의 화합물을 가수분해하고 화합물 R2-ONH2와 반응을 시켜 구조식(1)의 화합물을 만들거나,
    b) 구조식(3)의 화합물을 아미노보호기 제거반응을 하여 구조식(4)의 화합물을 만드는 상기
    상기의 두 방법으로써 구조식의 (1)의 새로운 티아디아졸 화합물류를 제조하는 공정.
    구조식(1)에서
    R1은 아미노 혹은 보호된 아미노.
    R2는 저급알킬 혹은 그 염.
    구조식(2)에서
    R1a는 보호된 아미노
    R7은 저급알킬
    구조식(3), (4)에서
    R1a, R2는 이미 정의한 것과 같음.
