Claims (20)

  1. (A+B)의 100중량부에 대하여, (A)5∼95중량부의 폴리페닐렌 에테르, (B)95∼5중량부의 폴리아미드, (C)올레핀계 엘라스토머상에 그라프트된 비닐 방향족 중합체를 함유하는 엘라스토머 공중합체 1∼100중량부, (D)1∼10중량부의 유기 디이소시아네이트를 함유하는 강화된 열가소성 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 총 조성물에 대하여 성문(A), (B), (C) 및 (D)의 비율이(A)25 내지 70중량％의 폴리아미드, (C)올레핀계 엘라스토머상에 그라프트된 비닐방향족 중합체를 함유하는 엘라스토머 공중합체 4.5 내지 50중량％, (D)0.5 내지 3중량％의 유기 디이소시아네이트인(여기서, 성분 (A), (B), (C) 및 (D)의 합은 100이다)열가소성 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 엘라스토머 공중합체(C)중의 비닐 방향족 중합체 함량이, 엘라스토머 공중합체의 전체 중량에 대하여, 일반적으로는 1중량％이상, 바람직하게는 30 내지 60중량％인 열가소성 조성물.
  4. 제1항, 제2항에 또는 제3항에 있어서, 올레핀계 엘라스토머가 100℃에서 10 내지 150ML-4범위의 무니점도를 가지면서, 적어도 2개의 다른 직쇄알파-모노-올레핀과 함께 적어도 하나의 공중합성 폴리엔, 바람직하게는 비공액디엔의 고무상 공중합체인 열가소성 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 고무상 공중합체가 에틸렌과 함께 다른 알파-모노-올레핀을 포함하고, 에틸렌과 다른 알파-모노-올레핀간의 중량비가 20/80 내지 80/20 범위내에 있는 열가소성 조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 올리펜계 엘라스토머가 2 내지 20중량％, 바람직하게는 8 내지 18중량％범위의 디엔 함량을 갖는 에틸렌-프로필렌-비공액디엔 삼원 중합체인 열가소성 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 에틸렌-프로필렌-비공액 디엔이 100℃에서 측정할 경우, 30 내지 90ML-4범위의 무니점도를 가지며, 요오드값이 5이상, 바람직하게는 10 내지 40 범위에 있는 열가소성 조성물.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 엘라스토머 공중합체중의 비닐 방향족 중합체가 하기 일반식(Ⅴ)의 하나 이상의 화합물을 중합하여 얻어지는 열가소성 조성물:
    상기식에서, X는 수소원자 또는 탄소원자수 1 내지 4의 알킬 라디칼이고, Y는 수소, 할로겐원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 라디칼이며, m은 0 또는 1 내지 5의 정수이다.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비닐 방향족 중합체가 부분적으로 올레핀계 엘라스토머상에 그라프트되고 부분적으로는 그라프트된 엘라스토머와의 물리적 혼합물로서 유리되어진 열가소성 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 비닐 방향족 중합체 분자량이 100,000이상에서 2,000,000이하인 열가소성 조성물.
  11. 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 그라프트된 비닐 방향족 중합체의 양이 그라프트된 엘라스토머의 중량에 대하여 10 내지 50중량％범위이고, 유리된 중합체의 양이 엘라스토머 공중합체에 대하여 20 내지 50중량％범위인 열가소성 조성물.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리페닐렌 에테르가 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 구조단위 다수를 함유하는 중합체 또는 공중합체인 열가소성 조성물
    상기식에서, R1, R2, R3및 R4는 서로 같거나 다르며, 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 또는 치환되거나 비치환된 탄화수소라디칼, 또는 C1∼C6알콕시드 라디칼이다.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 폴리페닐렌 에테르가 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물인 열가소성 조성물:
    상기식에서, R′1및 R′2가 서로 독립적으로 탄소원자수 1 내지 4의 알칼라디칼이고, n은 적어도 50, 바람직하게는 60 내지 600 범위이다.
  14. 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리페닐렌 에테르가 수평균 분자량이 5,000 내지 120,000범위 내이고 고유점도가 0.1 ㎗/g 이상, 바람직하게는 0.30 내지 0.90 ㎗/g(23℃, 클로로포름에서 측정)인 폴리(2,6-디-메틸-1,4-페닐렌)에테르인 열가소성 조성물.
  15. 제1항 내지 제14항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리아미드가 나일론 6 또는 나일론 6.6인 열가소성 조성물.
  16. 제1항 내지 제15항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기 디이소시아네이트가 방향족, 지방족 및/또는 지환족 디이소시아네이트인 열가소성 조성물.
  17. 제1항 내지 제16항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기 디이소시아네이트가 폴리페닐렌 에테르와 예비 혼합되어지는 열가소성 조성물.
  18. 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 유기 디이소시아네이트가 2,4′ - 또는 4,4′ - 디페닐메탄-디이소시아네이트이거나, 2,4 - 또는 2,6 -톨루엔 디이소시아네이트인 열가소성 조성물.
  19. 제1항 내지 제18항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 추가로 보강 첨가제, 방염제, 색소, 안료, 안정제 및/또는 윤활제를 함유하는 열가소성 조성물.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 보강 첨가체가 유리섬유, 탄소섬유, 유기 또는 무기 고탄성 함유, 또는 금속섬유로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되며, 전체조성물을 기준하여 50중량％를 초과하지 않고, 바람직하게는 30중량％을 초과하지 않은 양으로 함유하는 열가소성 조성물.
