Abstract

본 발명은 내충격성 폴리올레핀 성형 조성물에 관한 것이다.
성형 조성물을 기준으로 하여 어택틱 중합체 쇄를 함유하지 않는 이소택틱 폴리올레핀 20 내지 99중량% 및 성형 조성물을 기준으로 하여 유리전이온도가 -20℃ 이하인 고무 1 내지 80중량%를 필수적으로 포함하는 폴리올레핀 성형 조성물은 저온에서도 내충격성 및 경도가 매우 높음을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (10)

  1. 성형 조성물을 기준으로 하여 어택틱 중합체 쇄를 함유하지 않는 이소택틱 폴리올레핀 20 내지 99중량% 및 성형 조성물을 기준으로 하여 유리전이온도가 -20℃ 이하인 고무 1 내지 80중량%를 필수적으로 함유하는 폴리올레핀 성형 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 이소택틱 폴리올레핀이 이소택틱성 지수가 85% 이상인 올레핀 동종중합체인 성형 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 이소택틱 폴리올레핀이, 일반식 Ra-CH=CH-Rb의 탄소수가 3 이상인 올레핀 단위 (여기서, Ra및 Rb는 동일하거나 상이하고 수소원자 또는 C1-C10-알킬이거나, Ra및 Rb는 이를 연결하는 원자와 함께 탄소수가 4 내지 22인 환을 형성한다)를 함유하는 올레핀 동종중합체인 성형 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이소택틱 폴리올레핀이 폴리프로필렌인 성형 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 이소택틱 폴리올레핀이, 일반식 Ra-CH=CH-Rb의 탄소수가 3 이상인 올레핀 단위(여기서, Ra및 Rb는 동일하거나 상이하고 수소원자 또는 C1-C10-알킬이거나, Ra및 Rb는 이를 연결하는 원자와 함께 탄소수가 4 내지 22인 환을 형성한다)를 99.5 내지 50중량% 정도 및 에틸렌 및/또는 일반식 Ra-CH=CH-Rb의 올레핀 단위를 0.5 내지 50중량% 정도 함유하며 이소택틱성 지수가 85% 이상인 올레핀 공중합체인 성형 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 올레핀 공중합체가 에틸렌/프로필렌 공중합체인 성형 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 이소택틱 폴리올레핀이, a) 일반식 Ra-CH=CH-Rb의 탄소수가 3이상인 올레핀 단위(여기서, Ra및 Rb는 동일하거나 상이하고 수소원자 또는 C1-C10-알킬이거나, Ra및 Rb는 이를 연결하는 원자와 함께 탄소수가 4 내지 22인 환을 형성한다)를 함유하며 이소택틱성 수지가 85% 이상인 올레핀 동종중합체 20 내지 99중량%와 b) 일반식 Ra-CH=CH-Rb의 탄소수가 3 이상인 올레핀 단위(여기서, Ra및 Rb는 동일하거나 상이하고 수소원자 또는 C1-C10-알킬이거나, Ra및 Rb는 이를 연결하는 원자와 함께 탄소수가 4 내지 22인 환을 형성한다)를 20 내지 90중량% 정도 및 에틸렌 및/또는 일반식 Ra-CH=CH-Rb의 기타 올레핀 단위를 80 내지 10중량% 정도 함유하며 이소택틱성 지수가 85%이상인 올레핀 공중합체 80 내지 1중량%의 혼합물인 성형 조성물.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 안정화제, 산화방지제, UV 흡수제, 광보호제, 금속 활성 제거제, 자유 라디칼 트랩핑제, 충전제 및 보강제, 혼화제, 가소화제, 윤활제, 유화제, 안료, 광학 광택제, 난연제, 대전방지제 또는 소포제를 추가로 함유하는 성형 조성물.
  9. 성형물을 제조하기 위한 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구한 성형 조성물의 용도.
  10. 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구한 성형 조성물로부터 제조할 수 있는 성형물.
