Abstract

전체 MIL 값이 >2g/10분이고, 135℃ 에서 테트라히드로나프탈렌 중의 전체 [n] 값은 ≤2.8㎗/g이며, Mw/Mn값은 >20이고, 25℃에서 크실렌에 불용성인 분획은 ≥94이며, [n]≥2.6을 갖는 분획(A)를 10∼60중량%함유하는 결정성 프로필렌 중합체 및 공중합체를 특히 마그네슘 할로겐화물상에 지지된 찌글러-나타 촉매의 존재하에서 적어도 두단계의 연속 중합으로 제조한다.
상기 중합체는 높은 용융강도, 높은 기계적 특성을 가지며 얇은 시이트를 열성형하는 압출 성형뿐만 아니라 사출성형 및 중공성형 등의 각종 전환 기술을 사용한 성형품 제조용으로 특히 적당하다.

Claims (7)

  1. 전체 MIL값이 2g/10분이고, 135℃에서 테트라히드로나프탈렌 중의 전체 [n] 값이 ≤2.8㎗/g이며, Mw/Mn값이 20이고, 25℃에서 크실렌에 불용성인 분획의 함량이 ≥94이며, [n]≥2.6을 갖는 분획(A) 를 10∼60중량%함유하고 : 휨 탄성율이 1600∼2700㎫이며, 23℃에서 이조드가 15∼100J/m이고 항복강도가 35∼45㎫인 결정성 프로필렌 중합체 및 공중합체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, MIL≥50 및 [n]≤1.2를 갖는 분획 (B)를 40∼90중량%함유하는 중합체 및 공중합체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 이소택틱 또는 주요 이소택틱인 프로필렌의 단독 중합체, 및 에틸렌, 고급 α-올레핀, 또는 그들의 혼합물과 프로필렌의 공중합체로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 중합체 및 공중합체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 및 공중합체에 대하여 0.05∼2중량%의 성핵제를 함유하는 중합체 및 공중합체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 및 공중합체에 대하여 2∼50중량%의 올레핀계 탄성체를 함유하는 중합체 및 공중합체.
  6. 적어도 두 단계로, 분획 (A)와 (B)를 분리 및 연속 단계로 제조하고, 각 단계는 а) 활성 형태의 마그네슘 활로겐화물상에 지지된 적어도 하나의 티탄 할로겐 결합을 갖는 티탄 화합물 및 전자공여 화합물을 함유하는 고체촉매 성분 ; b) A1-알킬 화합물 ; c) 규소에 결합된 적어도 하나의 시클로펜틸기 및 규소 원자에 또한 결합된 하나 이상의 -OR기 (식중 R은 C1∼C18알킬, C3∼C18시클로알킬, C6∼C18아릴, 또는 C7∼C18아르알킬기이다.)를 함유하는 실란으로부터 선택된 외부 전자 공여 화합물의 접촉으로 수득되는 촉매와 중합체의 존재하에서 중합화가 수행되는, 상기 촉매의 존재하에서 단량체의 중합화를 포함하는 제2항 기재의 중합체 및 공중합체의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 분획(A) 및 (B)가 모두 기체상에서 제조되는 방법.
