Claims (10)
- a) 배소된 지지체 입자를 지지체 입자의 압축 도중에 사용된 결합제의 추가의 양이온이 지지체 입자로부터 이탈되지 않을 때까지, SiO2또는 SiO2-Al2O3혼합물과 반응하지 않는 산을 사용하여 세척시키고, b)지지체 입자 를 팔라늄 및 금 또는 카드뮴으로 함침시키고, C)함침된 지지체 입자를 적어도 당해 방법으로 지지체 입자 위에형성된 귀금속 쉘의 두께가 실질적으로 더 이상 변하지 않을 때까지, 염기 용액과 접촉시키고, d)지지체 입자를알칼리 금속 화합물로 함침시킴을 포함하여, C2-C26-카복실산의 하나 이상의 Li, Mg, Al,Zn Fe 또는 Mn염을 포함하는 결합제를 사용하여 Si02또는 SiO2-Al2O3혼합물로부터 압축시킨 다음 500 내지 900℃에서 0.25 내지5시간 동안 산소 함유 기체 속에서 배소시켜 제조된, 1 내지 15㎜의 입자 크기에서 표면적이 50 내지 250㎡/g이고 기공 용적이 0.4 내지 1.21㎖/g이며 5 내지 20%의 기공용적은 반경이 200 내지 3000Å인 기공에 의해 형성되며 50 내지 90%의 기공용적은 반경이 70 내기 100Å인 기공에 의해 형성되는 지지체 입자위에, 팔라듐 및/또는 이의화합물 및 알칼리 금속 화합물, 및 추가로 카드뮴 화합물 및/또는 금 및/또는 이의 화합물을 함유하는 촉매를 제조하는 방법.
- a) 배소된 지지체 입자를 지지체 입자의 압축 도중에 사용된 결합제의 추가의 양이온이 지지체 입자로부터 이탈되지 않을 때까지, SiO2또는 SiO2-Al203혼합물과 반응하지 않는 산을 사용하여 세척시키고, b)지지체 입자를 팔라듐 및 금 또는 카드뮴으로 함침시키고, C)함침된 지지체 입자를 적어도 당해 방법으로 지지체 입자 위에 형성된 귀금속 쉘의 두께가 실질적으로 더 이상 변하지 않을 때까지, 염기 용액과 접촉시키고, d)지지체 입자를 알칼리 금속 화합물로 함침시킴을 포함하여, C2C26복실산의 하나 이상의 Li, Mg, Al, Zn, Fe 또는 Mn염을 포함하는 결합제를 사용하여 SiO2또는 SiO2-Al2O3혼합물로부터 압축시킨 다음 500 내지 900℃에서 0.25 내지 5시간 동안 산소 함유 기체 속에서 배소시켜 제조된, 1 내지 15㎜의 입자 크기에서 표면적이 50 내지 250㎡/g이고 기공 용적이 0.4 내지 1.21ml/g이며 5 내지 20%의 기공용적은 반경이 200 내지 3000Å인 기공에 의해 형성되며 50 내지 90%의 기공용적은 반경이 70 내지 100Å인 기공에 의해 형성되는 지지체 입자위에 생성된, 팔라듐 및/또는 이의 화합물 및 알칼리 금속 화합물, 및 추가로 카드뮴 화합물 및/또는 금 및/또는 이의 화합물을 함유하는촉매의 존재하에 에틸렌, 아세트산 및 산소 또는 산소 함유 기체로부터 기체상 속에서 비닐 아세테이트를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 염산, 황산, 인산 또는 질산이 단계a)에서 산으로서 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 염산이 단계 a)에서 산으로서 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 하이드록사이드가 단계 c)에서 염기로서 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 칼륨 화합물이 단계 d)에서 사용되는 방법.
- a) 배소된 지지체 입자를 지지체 입자의 압축 도중에 사용된 결합제의 추가의 양이온이 지지체 입자로부터 이탈되지 않을 때까지, SiO2또는 SiO2-Al2O3혼합물과 반응하지 않는 산을 사용하여 세척시키고, b)지지체 입자를 팔라듐 및 금 또는 카드뮴으로 합침시키고, C)합침된 지지체 입자를 적어도 당해 방법으로 지지체 입자 위에 형성된 귀금속 쉘의 두께가 실질적으로 더 이상 변하지 않을 때까지 염기 용액과 접촉시키고, d)지지체 입자를 알칼리 금속 화합물로 합침시키는 단계들을 포함하는 방법으로 수득할수 있는, C2-C26-카복실산의 하나 이상의 Li, Mg, Al, Zn, Fe 또는 Mn염을 포함하는 결합제를 사용하여 SiO2또는 SiO2-Al2O3혼합물로부터 압축시킨다음 500 내지 900℃에서 0.25 내지 5시간 동안 산소 함유 기체 속에시 배소시켜 제조된, 1 내기 15㎜의 입자 크기에서 표면적이 50 내기 250㎡/g이고 기공 용적이 0.4 내지 1.2m1/g이며 5 내지 20%의 기공용적은 반경이 200내지 3000Å인 기공에 의해 형성되며 50 내지 90%의 기공용적은 반경이 70 내지 100Å인 기공에 의해 형성되는 지지체 입자 위에 생성된, 팔라듐 및/또는 이의 화합물 및 알칼리 금속 화합물, 및 추가로 카드뮴 화합물 및/또는 금 및/또는 이의 화합물을 함유하는 촉매.
- 제7항에 있어서, 염산, 황산, 인산 또는 질산이 단계 a)에서 산으로서 사용되는 촉매.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 하이드록사이드가 단계 c)에서 염기로서 사용되는 촉매.
- 제7항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 칼륨 화합물이 단계 d)에서 사용되는 촉매.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
