Claims (11)
- 염산, 질산과 인산의 혼합물, 임의로 치환된 히드록시벤조산의 수용액으로 이루어지는 스테인레스강 표면의 화학적 연마용 중탕에 있어서, 이들이 최소한 하나의 4차 암모늄염과, 과염소산과 과염소산의 수용성 염에서 선택한 첨가제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 상기 중탕.
- 제1항에 있어서, 4차 암모늄염이 12개 이상의 탄소원자를 함유하는 최소한 하나의 장쇄상 알킬기를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 중탕.
- 제1항에는 제2항에 있어서, 4차 암모늄염을 할로겐화물에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 중탕.
- 제3항에 있어서, 4차 암모늄염이 알킬피리디늄 클로라이드임을 특징으로 하는 중탕.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 어느 한 항에 있어서, 4차 암모늄염이 장쇄상 알킬기와 더불어, 최소한 하나의 다른 알콜기 과/또는 벤질기를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 중탕.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부가적으로 수용성 아비에트 화합물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 중탕.
- 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수용액 리터당 0.005∼1의 4차 암모늄염과 0.001∼0.5몰의 과염소산과 과염소산의 수용성 염에서 선택한 첨가제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 중탕.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수용액리터당 -0.5∼5몰의 염산, -0.005∼1몰의 질산, -0.05∼1몰의 인산, -0.0005∼0.5몰의 과염소산과 과염소산의 수용성 염에서 선택한 첨가제, -0.001∼5g의 히드록시벤조산. 0.005∼1g의 4차 암모늄염을 함유하는 특징으로 하는 중탕.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 오오스테나이트 강으로 된 표면을 화학적 연마함을 특징으로 하는 중탕.
