Claims (10)
- 페리시안화물 착이온과 아질산을 분해시킬 수 있는 첨가제를 함유하는 수용액으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 염산, 인산, 질산 혼합물의 수용액으로 된 스테인레스강 표면의 화학적 연마용 배드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 페리시안화물 착이온이 페리시안화 칼륨형태로 존재하고 첨가제를 우레아 우레아 유도체에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 배드.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수용액이 리터당 0.5-10몰의 염산, 리터당 0.01-2.5몰의 인산, 리터당 0.001-1.5몰의 질산, 리터당 0.2 10-6- 0.3 10-2그람-이온의 페리산안화물과 식 kㆍㆍΔe로 표시되는 일정양의 첨가제(배드 리터당 몰로 표시) [상기식에서 S는 연마할 금속표면의 면적을 나타내고; V는 사용될 베드의 용적(㎥로 표시)을 나타내고; e는 연마할 금속표면상에서 배드에 의한 부식의 평균깊이(미크론으로 표시)를 나타내며,는 10-8-10-2인 비례성 인자(로 표시)를 나타낸다]로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 배드.
- 제3항에 있어서, 수용액이 리터당 1-8몰의 염산, 리터당 0.05-1.5몰의 인산, 리터당 0.005-1몰의 질산, 리터당 0.3 10-5-0.3 10-3그람-이온의 페리시안화물과, 상기식으로 표시되는, k가 10-7-10-3인 일정양의 첨가제(배드 리터당 몰로 표시)로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 배드.
- 제4항에 있어서, 수용액이 리터당 2.5-5몰의 염산, 리터당 0.1-1몰의 인산, 리터당 0.01-0.5몰의 질산, 리터당 0.1 10-4-0.2 10-3그람-분자의 페리신안화 칼륨과, 아질산을 분해할 수 있는 첨가제로서, k가 10-7-10-4인 상기식으로 표시되고, 리터당 몰로 표시되는 일정양의 우레아로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 배드.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산 혼합물 수용액의 전체 몰 농도가 2-6임을 특징으로 하는 배드.
- 제1항-제6항 중 어느 한 항의 배드를 사용함을 특징으로 하는, 표면을 화학적 연마 배드와 접촉시켜서 하는 스테인레스강 표면을 연마하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 표면을 먼저 염산, 인산, 질산과, 아질산을 분해시킬 수 있는 첨가제와 접착시킨 다음, 페리시안화 착이혼을 용액에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 연마방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 표면이 용액과 접촉하는 시간과 페리시안화물 착이온을 용액에 첨가하는 시간 사이의 시간단계를 조절하여 표면상에서 용액에 의한 부식의 깊이가 0.1-6미크론이 되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 연마방법.
- 제7항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 강철표면을 배드와 접촉시키고, 추가하여 질산과 아질산을 분해시킬 수 있는 첨가제를 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 연마방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
