Claims (2)

  1. 일반구조식(Ⅱ)의 페놀 유도체
    식중 R은 할로겐 원자 또는 하이드록실기이며, R2은 수소원자 또는 하이드록실기이다.를 일반 구조식(Ⅳ)이 산 클로라이도와
    식중 R3및 R4는 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1-6의 알콕시기이다.
    불활성 용매 및 무수 알루미늄 클로라이드의 존재하에 반응시키고, 그후에 반응혼합물을 산수용액으로 분해 시키고, 상알 분리하여 일반 구조식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조함에 있어서,
    식중, R,R2,R3,R4,는 전술한 바와 같다.
    R 및 R2가 전술한 바와 같은 일반 구조식(Ⅱ)의 페놀 유도체를 페놀 유도체에 대하여 염화알루미늄 1몰과 할로겐화 탄화수소, 바람직하게는 디클로로에탄의 존재하에 0-45도의 온도에서 반응시켜서, R 및 R2가 전술한 바와 같은 다음 일반 구조식(Ⅲ)의 콤플렉스를 제조하고,
    이 콤플렉스는 R 및 R2가 전술한 바와 같은 일반 구조식(Ⅳ)의 산 염화물과 앞의 공정에서의 용매존재하에 10-60도의 온도에서 반응시키고, 반응혼합물에 산수용액을 가하고 상(phases)분리를 행하고 유기층으로부터 중류하여 원하는 케톤화합물을 회수하거나; 또는 R6가 수소원자 또는 하이드록실기인 다음 일반구조식(Ⅴ)의 레조르시놀을 출발물질로 사용하는 경우에는
    이 유기층을 탄산칼륨과 반응시키고 이렇게 얻어진 다음 일반구조식(Ⅵ)의 불용성 복염을
    식중, R3,R4,R6는 전술한 바와 같다.
    바람직하게는 여과하여 분리하고, 이것을 바람직하게는 알콜 수용액중에 용해하고 이 용액을 pH 3.5-4.5로 산성화하여 원하는 일반구조식(Ⅰ)의 케톤화합물을 침전시켜서 회수함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R와 R가 전술한 바와 같은 일반 구조식(Ⅲ)의 콤플렉스를 페닐-아세틸 클로라이드와 20-50도의 온도에서 반응시키는 방법.
