Claims (14)

  1. 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물
    상기식에서, 각각의 R은 독립적으로 OH또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 저급 알킬이고,R′는 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 저급 알킬이다
  2. 4,4′- 비스[2-(4-하이드록시페닐)핵사플루오로 이소프로필]- 디페닐 에테르
  3. 4,4′-비수[2-(4-메틸페닐)헥사플루오로 이소프로필]-디페닐 에테르
  4. 4,4′-비스[2-(3,4-디메틸페닐)헥사플루오로 이소프로필]-디페닐 에테르
  5. 불화수소 존재하의 80 내지 180°C의 온도에서, (a)구조식(Ⅱ)의 디카비놀(a1)을 일반식(Ⅲ)의 방향족탄화수소(a2)와 반응시키건, (b)일반식(IV) 의 플루오로 화합물(b1)을 디페닐 에테르(V)(b2)와 반응시킨 후, 불화수소를 제거하고, 반응 생성물을 후처리함을 특징으로 하는, 일반식 (I)화합물의 제조방법
    상기식에서, R 및 R′는 상기 정의된 바와같다
  6. 제 1 항 또는 5항에 있어서, 저급알킬이 -CH3그룹인 화합물
  7. 제 1 항, 5 항 또는6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R′가 라디칼 R에 대하여 오르토(ortho)-위치에 존재하는 화합물
  8. 제 5 항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항 이상에 있어서, 방법(a)에서 화합물(III)에 대한 화합물(II)의 비, 및 방법(b)에서 화합물(IV)에 대한 화합물(V)에 대한 비가 1:(2이상), 바람직하게는 1:2(2.2 내지 4)이 되도록 반응물을 사용하는 방법
  9. 제 5 항 내지 8 항중 어느 한 항 이상에 있어서, 불화수소 대 화합물(II)의 몰비가(7내지 25): 1, 바람직하게는 (10내지20): 1이고, 불화수소 대 화합물(IV)의 몰비가 (6내지 15) : 1, 바람직하게는 (8내지 13) : 1 인 방법
  10. 제 7 항 내지 9항 중 어느 한 항 이상에 있어서, 반으을 100 내지 170°C에서 수행하는 방법
  11. 제 7 항 내지 10항 중 어느 한 항 이상에 있어서, 반응을 24 내지 90시간 동안 수행하는 방법
  12. 제 7 항 내지 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응 생성물을, 필요에 따라 유기 용매로 희석한 후, 물로처리하고 유기 용매로부터 저결정화하거나 유기 용매중에서 교반시키는 방법
  13. 제 12항에 있어서, 탄소수 5 내지 10의 지방족 탄솨수소, 알킬 라디칼 중의 탄소수 1 내지 4의 지방족모노알콜 및 알킬 라디칼 중의 탄소수 1 내지 4의 모노- 또는 폴리 염소화 된 지방족 탄화수소로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 용매(예:n -핵산, n -헵탄, 메탄올, 에탄올, 각종 프로판올 및 부탄올, 및 클로로프로판 및 디 - 및 트리클로로메탄)하나이상을 사용하는 방법
  14. 부분적으로 불소화된 폴리축합물, 특히 부분적으로 불소화된 포리에스테르, 폴리아미드 및 폴리이미드의 제조를 위한 제 1 항에 따른 화합물의 용도
