Abstract

본 발명은 물에 분산된 페놀과 수용액의 2-니트로아닐린의 디아조늄 염을 반응시킴으로써 하기식(I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다;
상기식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 C1-C7알킬이고; R3는 수소 또는 할로겐이다.
이 방법에는 분산제로서 폴리비닐 알코올과 함께 C8-C20알칸술폰산 또는 상응하는 알칸술포네이트 또는 술폰산 및 술포네이트의 혼합물을 사용하는 것이 포함된다.
바람직하기로는 제조된 일반식(I)의 화합물을 더 반응시켜 광안정화제로서 사용되는 하기식(V)의 벤조트리아졸을 제조한다:

Claims (11)

  1. 분산제로서 폴리비닐 알코올과 함께 C8-C20알칸술폰산 및/또는 상응하는 알칸술포네이트를 사용하여, 물에 분산된 하기식(III)의 페놀과 산 수용액의 하기식(II) 2-니트로아닐린의 디아조늄 염을 반응시킴으로써 하기식(I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법:
    상기식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 C1-C7알킬이고; R3는 수소는 할로겐이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1는 R2가 각각 독립적으로 C1-C5알킬이고; R3는 수소 또는 염소인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, R1는 R2가 각각 독립적으로 메틸 또는 분지된 C3-C5알킬인방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 분산제로서 분자량 10000 내지 250000의 폴리비닐 알코올과 함께 알칸술폰산 및/또는 그의 나트륨 염 또는 칼륨 염을 사용하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(I)의 각각 아조 화합물의 이론치량을 기준으로, 알칸술폰산 또는 알칸술포네이트 0.5내지 10중량% 및 폴리비닐 알코올 0.1내지 5중량%를 사용하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 분산제가 알칸술폰산 및/또는 알칸술포네이트 10중량부 당 폴리비닐 알코올 1내지 20중량부를 포함하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 알칸술폰산 또는 알칸술포네이트가 직쇄 알칸으로부터 유도되는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 전체 커플링 반응을 통해 온도가 20 내지 60℃의 범위에서 유지되는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(III)의 페놀을 일반식(II)의 2-니트로아닐린에 대해 1 내지 5몰% 과량으로 사용하는 방법.
  10. 2,4-이중치환된 페놀을 산 아조 커플링시키기 위한 분산제로서 폴리비닐 알코올과 함께 C8-C20알칸술폰산 및/또는 상응하는 알칸술포네이트의 용도.
  11. a)분산제로서 폴리비닐 알코올과 함께 C8-C20알칸술폰산 또는 상응하는 알칸술포네이트 또는 술폰산 및 술포네이트의 혼합물을 사용하여, 물에 분산된 일반식(III)의 페놀과 산 수용액의 일반식(II)2-니트로아닐린의 디아조늄염을 반응시켜 일반식(I)
    의 중간체 생성물을 형성시키고, b)일반식(I)의 중간체 생성물을 후속적으로 환원시킴으로써 일반식(V)의 화합물을 생성시키는 하기식(V)의 화합물 제조방법:
