Claims (15)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 피리딜옥시페닐티오우레아를 일반식(Ⅲ)의 알킬화제와 반응시키는 것으로 이루어지는 일반식(Ⅰ) 화합물의 제조방법:
    상기식에서,
    치환체 R1은 각각 독립적으로 할로겐, C1-C3알킬, 단일-또는 다수 할로겐화 C1-C3알킬기: 또는 -COOR7이고;
    R2,R3및 R7은 각각 독립적으로 C1-C5알킬이며, 단, R6이 3급 부틸이고 치환체 R1이 염소 및/또는 트리플루오로메틸인 경우, R2및 R3가 동시에 메틸일 수 없고;
    R4는 수소 또는 메틸이며;
    R5는 C1-C6알킬이고;
    R6는 C1-C12알킬, 단일 또는 다수 할로겐화 C1-C12알킬기, C1-C6알콕시, C1-C12알킬, C3-C8시클로알킬, 단일-또는 이(di) (C1-C3)알킬화 C3-C8시클로알킬기, C3-C8시클로알킬-C1-C4알킬, 또는 7 내지 10개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 다수고리 알킬라디칼이며;
    n은 0 내지 4이고;
    X는 이탈기임.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 치환체 R1이 각각 독립적으로 불소, 염소 또는 단일-또는 다수할로겐화 C1-C3알킬기이고; R2및 R3이 각각 독립적으로 C1-C3알킬이며, 단, R6가 3급부틸이고 치환체 R1이 염소 및/또는 트리플루오로메틸인 경우, R2및 R3이 동시에 메틸은 아니며; R4가 수소이고; R5가 C1-C3알킬이며; R6이 C1-C8알킬, C1-C4알콕시, C1-C4알킬, C3-C6시클로알킬, 단일-또는 이(di) (C1-C|3)알킬화 C3-C6시클로알킬기, 또는 C3-C6시클로알킬-C1-C3알킬이고; 또 n이 1 또는 2인 일반식(Ⅰ) 화합물의 제조방법.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 치환체 R1이 각각 독립적으로 염소 또는 CF2CFCl2이고; R2및 R3이 각각 독립적으로 메틸 또는 에틸이고, 단, R6이 3급 부틸이고 치환체 R1이 염소 및/또는 트리플루오로메틸인 경우, R2및 R3이 동시에 메틸은 아니며; R4가 수소이고; R5가 메틸이며; R6가 C1-C5알킬 또는 C3-C|6시클로알킬이고; n이 2인 일반식(Ⅰ) 화합물의 제조방법.
