Claims (7)
- 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 프로파길아민의 아미노-및 아세틸렌-보호유도체를 다음일반식(Ⅲ)의 할라이드의 아미노-보호유도체와 알킬화반응시킨 후, Y가 CH2=CH-인 일반식(I)화합물을 얻고자 할 경우에는 상응하는 일반식(I)의 아세틸렌성 화합물의 아미노-보호유도체를 환원시키고, 보호기를 제거하여 다음 일반식(I)의 플루오르화디아미노-헵텐 또는 -헵틴유도체 및 이의 약학적으로 무독한 염을 제조하는 방법.상기 일반식에서, Y는 CH2=CH-또는 CHC-이고 P는 1 또는 2이고 X는 브롬, 염소 또는 요드이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, P가 1인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, P가 2인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 생성물이 1-플루오로-2,5-디아미노-6-헵틴 또는 이의 약학적으로 무독한 염인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 생성물이 1,1-디플루오로-2,5-디아미노-6-헵틴 또는 이의 약학적으로 무독한 염인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 생성물이 1-플루오로-2,5-디아미노-6-헵텐 또는 이의 약학적으로 무독한 염인 방법.
