Claims (17)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 5-아미노-3-클로로설포닐-1,2,4-트리아졸과 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 치환된 아닐린을 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 5-아미노-1,2,4-트리아졸-3-설폰아미드 화합물을 생성시키는데 유리한 조건하에서 반응시킴을 포함하는 상기 5-아미노-1,2,4-트리아졸-3-설폰아미드 화합물의 제조방법.상기식에서, W는 F, Cl, Br, I, R1, SR1, SOR1, S02R1, CO2R2, CN 또는 N02을 나타내고, X는 H, F, Cl, Br, I, R1, CH20R1, OR1, CO2R2, NO2또는 페닐, 페녹시 또는 2-피리디닐옥시 그룹을 나타내며, 각각의 그룹은 임의로 F, Cl, Br, CH3또는 CF3의 양립성 치환기 1내지 3개를 갖고, Y는 H, F, Cl, Br, I, R1또는 CO2R|2를 나타내고, Z는 H, F, Cl, Br, I 또는 R1을 나타내고, R1은 C1내지 C4알킬 또는 하나 이상의 Cl 또는 F치환기를 갖는 C1내지 C4알킬을 나타내고, R2는 H 또는 C1내지 C4알킬, C3내지 C4알케닐 또는 C3내지 C4알키닐성분을 나타내며, 각각의 성분을 임의로 Cl, F, OR1또는 페닐의 양립성 치환기 1 내지 4개를 갖는다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추가의 산 소거 염기를 실질적으로 사용하지 않고 5-아미노-3-클로로설포닐-1,2,4-트리아졸의 몰당 0.9내지 1.2몰의 치환된 아닐린을 사용하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 5-아미노-1,2,4-트리아졸-3-설폰아미드를 그의 염산염으로 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산 소거 염기를 사용하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 산 소거 염기로 카복실산의 알칼리 금속염을 사용하는 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 반응물을 적어도 일부분 용해시키고 반응에 불리한 영향을 미치지 않는 유기용매를 사용하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 유기 용매가 초산 또는 아세토니트릴인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 과량의 치환된 아닐린을 산 소거 염기로 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응을 50 내지 90℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 5-아미노-3-멀캅토-1,2,4-트리아졸과 염소를 5-아미노-3-클로로설포닐-1,2,4-트리아졸을 생성시키는데 유리한 조건하에 수성산 함유 매질에서 반응시킴을 포함하는 방법에 의해 출발물질인 일반식(Ⅱ)의 5-아미노-3-클로로설포닐-1,2,4-트리아졸을 먼저 제조하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 온도가 -10℃내지 30℃인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 매질이 수성 염산, 초산 또는 포름산을 하나 이상 함유하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 매질이 수성 염산을 5내지 30℃함유하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 매질이 5-아미노-3-멀캅토-1,2,4-트리아졸 몰당 2내지 10몰의 물을 함유하는 수성 초산 또는 포름산을 포함하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 제조한 5-아미노-3-클로로설포닐-1,2,4-트리아졸을 수득한 반응 혼합물로부터 회수하지 않고 중간체로 사용하는 방법.
- 5-아미노-3-멀캅토-1,2,4-트리아졸과 염소를 5-아미노-3-클로로설포닐-1,2,4-트리아졸의 생성에 유리한 조건하에 수성산 함유 매질에서 반응시킴을 포함하는 5-아미노-3-클로로설포닐-1,2,4-트리아졸의 제조방법.
