Claims (21)

  1. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 3-피리플루오로메틸-4-페닐피롤을 암모니아와 승온 및 승압에서 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 페닐피롤 유도체를 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R은 할로겐, C1-C6-알킬 또는 C1-C6-할로알킬이고, n은 0,1 또는 2이고 R1은 수소 또는 아실, 바람직하게는 그룹 C(O)R2(여기서 R2는 C1-C6-알킬, C1-C6-할로알킬, 페닐 또는 C1-C6-알콕시이다).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 실온 내지 230℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 반응이 160°내지 200℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
  4. 제1 내지 3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 반응이 반응물에 불활성인 용매중에서 수행되는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 사용된 용매가 지방족 또는 방향족 탄화수소, 에테르 또는 에테르성 화합물, 알콜물, 및 이들의 혼합물중에서 선택되는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 사용된 에테르가 사이클릭 에테르인 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 사용된 사이클릭 에테르가 디옥산 또는 테트라하이드로푸란인 방법.
  8. 제1 내지 7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 반응이 1 내지 200바의 압력에서 수행되는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 반응이 물존재시 1 내지 50바의 압력에수 수행되는 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 반응이 물부재시 40 내지 150바의 압력에서 수행되는 방법.
  11. 제1 내지 8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 사용된 약제가 암모니아 수용액인 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 사용된 약제가 진한 암모니아 수용액인 방법.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 수용액이 약 25 내지 34중량%의 암모니아를 함유하는 방법.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 암모니아를 과량사용하는 방법.
  15. 제1 내지 14항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 반응이 압력용기내에서 수행되는 방법.
  16. 제1 내지 9항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 무수암모니아가 사용되는 방법.
  17. 제1 내지 8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 암모니아가 반응혼합물중의 암모늄염 및 염기로부터 방출되는 방법.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 3-트리플루오로메틸-4-(2,3-디클로로페닐)피롤, 또는 C(O)R2(R2는 일반식(Ⅲ)에서 정의한 바와 같다)로 N-아실화된 이의 유도체를 사이클릭에테르중의 과량의 수성암모니아와 50°내지 230℃의 온도에서 밀폐된 압력용기내에서 반응시켜, 3-시아노-4-(2,3-디클로로페닐)피롤을 제조하는 방법.
  19. 일반식(Ⅴ)의 화합물을 트리플루오로아세트산 무수물과 염기존재하 및 용매부재하에 약 20°내지 150℃의 온도 및 승압에서 반응시킴을 특징으로 하며, 일반식(Ⅵ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서 R은 할로겐, C1-C6-알킬 또는 C1-C6-할로알킬이고, n은 0,1 또는 2이고, R3는 오가닐라디칼이다.
  20. 일반식(Ⅲ)의 벤즈알데히드를 일반식(Ⅳ)의 오가닐옥시메틸-트리페닐포스포늄 할라이드와 반응시켜 일반식(Ⅴ)의 스티렌 유도체를 수득하고; 생성물을 염기존재하에 트리플루오로아세트산 무수물로 아세틸화시켜 일반식(Ⅵ)의 화합물을 수득하고; 생성물을 알킬리글리시네이트, 바람직하게는 나트륨 또는 칼륨글리시아네이트와 함께 일반식(Ⅶ)의 카복실산 무수물중에서 폐환반응시켜 일반식(Ⅱ´)의 N-아실화 3-트리플루오로메틸-4-페닐피롤을 수득하고; 필요시 아실그룹 C(O)R3를 염기성으로 분해시켜 일반식(Ⅱ'')의 유리 3-트리플루오로메틸-4-페닐피롤롤을 형성시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서 R은 할로겐, C1-C6-알킬 또는 C1-C6-할로알킬이고, n은 0,1 또는 2이며, R1은 수소 또는 아실, 바람직하게는 그룹 C(O)R2(여기서 R2는 C1-C6-알킬, C1-C6-할로알킬, 페닐 또는 C1-C6-알콕시이다)이고, R3는 통상적 라디칼로 치환되거나 비치환된, 오가닐 라디칼, 바람직하게는 방향족 또는 지방족 라디칼, 특히 C1-C12-알칼, 아르알킬 또는 페닐, 더욱 특히 C1-C6-알킬이며, Hal은 할로겐, 바람직하게는 염소, 브롬 또는 요오드이다.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, R이 염소이고, n이 1 또는 2인 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
