제1도는 본 발명에 따른 장치의 개략도이다. 제2도는 제1도에서 보여진 장치에 대한 제어 시스템의 개략도이다, 제3도는 다수의 반응기를 사용하는 본 발명에 따른 장치의 대안적인 실시양태의 부분적 개략도이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 황산 납 물질을 형성하기 위한, 일부의 산화 납과 산을 반응시키기에 효과적인 조건하에 미립 산화 납화합물과 황산을 함유하는 수성슬러리를 형성시키고, 슬러리의 수분 함량을 감소시켜 배터리 페이스트를 형성시키는 단계들을 특징으로 하는, 납-산 배터리 페이스트를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수분 감소 단계는 슬러리를 가압-여과시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수분 감소 단계는 슬러리를 진공-여과시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에서 제3항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화 납은 PbO이고, 형성 단계는 (A) PbO, 산 및 물을 반응기에 공급하고;
    (B) 반응기의 내용물을 교반하여 슬러리를 형성시키고;
    (C) 약 0-100℃ 범위내 온도에서 반응기내에 슬러리를 유지시키고; (D) 반응기로부터 슬러리를 퇴출시키고; (E) 실질적으로 일정한 조성물내에 슬러리를 유지시키기 위해 동시에 (A)-(D) 단계를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 오존 및 과황산염 화합물로 부터 선택된 PbO2를 형성하기에 효과적인 시약과 PbO를 반응시키는 단계를 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 이산화 납, 탄소, 이산화 주석, 산화 티타늄 및 그 혼합물로부터 선택된 전도 증진제를 슬러리에 부가하는 단계를 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 수분 감소 단계는 슬러리를 미세다공성 제1컴베이어 벨트의 상부 표면에 융착시키고; 제1컨베이어 벨트를 통해 슬러리로부터 물을 진공 여과시키고; 서로 평행한 제1컨베이어 벨트위에 위치된 제2컨베이어 벨트 아래의 제1컨베이어 벨트상에 슬러리를 운송하고; 제1 및 제2컨베이어 벨트 사이에서 슬러리를 가압-여과하여 페이스트를 형성하고; 컨베이어 벨트로부터 페이스트를 방출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 수분 감소 단계는 페이스트의 수분 함량을 측정하고, 가압-여과 단계시 슬러리에 영향을 미치는 압력을 조절하여 페이스트의 물 함량이 측정 단계에서 측정된 선결정치 이상이라면 압력을 증가시키거나 또는 페이스트의 물 함량이 측정 단계에서 측정된 선결정치 이하라면 압력을 감소시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 가압-여과 단계는, 각각 제1벨트 하부 및 제2벨트 상부에 위치된 한쌍의 압력 로울러의 납 사이에 컨베이어 벨트 및 슬러리를 공급하고, 제1컨베이어 벨트로부터 방출된 페이스트를 납-산 배터리 그릿 페이스터에 직접적으로 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 미립 산화 납 및 황산을 함유하는 수성 슬러리를 형성하고, 황산 납 물질을 형성하기 위하여 산화 납과 황산을 반응시키는 반응기, 배터리 페이스트를 형성하기 위해 슬러리를 탈수시키는 장치 및 반응기로 부터 탈수 장치로 슬러리를 이동시키는, 반응기 및 탈수 장치를 연결하는 라인을 특징으로 하는, 납-산 배터리 페이스트를 제조하기 위한 장치.
  11. 방출구를 가지는 반응기 탱크; 미립 고체를 탱크에 공급하는 공급기; 액체를 탱크에 도입하는 유입구; 고체 및 액체 슬러리 용기를 형성하기 위해 탱크내에 위치된 혼합기; 액체를 통과시키고 고체는 통과시키지 않는 벨트를 가지는 컨베이어; 탱크의 방출구로 부터 슬러리를 퇴출시키고 그 슬러리를 컨베이어 벨트의 상부 표면에 용착시키는 출구 밸브; 및 페이스트 물질을 형성하기 위해 벨트를 통해 슬러리로부터 액체를 빼내기 위해 위치된 여과 압축기를 특징으로 하는, 페이스트 물질을 제조하기 위한 장치.
