제1도는 본 발명에 관계하는 광학 픽업 장치의 구성을 모식적으로 도시하는 측면도, 제2도는 상기 광학 픽업장치에 의해서 광기록 매체상에 형성되는 전자 촛점의 상태를 모식적으로 도시하는 확대 평면도이다. 제3도는 본 발명에 관계하는 광학 픽업 장치의 다른 사용예에 있어서 광기록 매체상에 형성되는 전자 촛점의 상태를 모식적으로 도시하는 확대 평면도이다.
Claims (13)
- 광빔을 발하는 광원과, 상기 광빔을 편광 방향으로 서로 직행하는 직선 편광 상태에서 서로 상이한 2개의 광빔으로 광분할하는 광분할 수단과, 상기 광분할 수단으로 분할된 2개의 광빔이 입사되고, 입사된 광빔의 진행 방향에 직교하는 2축에서의 진동 성분 사이의 위상을 변환하는 위상 변환 소자를 구비하며, 서로 편광상태가 상이한 2개의 광빔의 일부를 중첩시켜 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 픽업 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광분활 수단으로 분활된 2개의 광빔 전자 촛점의 일부가 중첩된 부분은 광분할 수단으로 분할된 2개의 광빔 전자 촛점의 크기보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 픽업 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분할 수단에 입사되는 광원에서 발사된 광빔은 직선 편광이고, 편광 방향이 광축 주위로 45°회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 픽업 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 광 분할 수단으로 분할된 2개의 광빔은 위상 변환 소자를 투과하므로서 서로 회전방향이 반대인 원편광의 광빔으로 변환되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 픽업 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 위상 변환 소자를 광축 주위로45°회전시키므로서 광분할 수단으로 분할된 2개의 광빔은 위상 변환 소자를 투과하므로서 여러가지로 직교하는 직선 편광의 광빔으로 변환되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 픽업 장치.
- 광학 픽업 장치에서 광기록 매체에 조사된 광빔의 상기 광기록 매체에서의 반사광을 광학 픽업 장치의 광검출 수단에 의해 검출하므로서 상기 광기록 매체에 기록된 정보를 탐독하는 광자기 재싱 장치에 있어서, 상기 광학 픽업 장치는 광기록 매체상에서 편광 상태의 상이한 2개의 광빔의 일부가 중첩하도록 조사하여 구성되는 것을특징으로 하는 광자기 재생 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 광학 픽업 장치는 광빔을 발하는 광원과 상기 광빔을 편광 방향으로 서로 직교하는 직선 평광 상태임과 더불어 서로 상이한 2개의 광빔으로 분할하는 광분할 수단과, 상기 광분할 수단에 의해 분할된 2개의 광빔이 입사되며, 입사된 광빔의 진행 방향으로 직교하는 2축에 대한 진동 성분 사이의 위상을 변환하는 위상 변환 소자로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 재생 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 광학 픽업 장치에서 발사된 2개의 광 전자 촛점의 일부가 겹쳐진 부분은 상기 광분할 수단에 의해 분할된 2개의 광전자 촛점의 크기보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 재생 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 분광 분할 수단에 입사되는 광원에서 발사된 광빔은 직선 편광이며, 편광 방향이 광축 주위를 45°회전하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 픽업 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 분할 수단에 의해 분할된 2개의 광빔은 상기 위상 변환 소자를 투과하므로서 서로 회전 방향이 반대인 원편광의 광빔으로 변환되어서 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 재생 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 광자기 재생 장치는 상기 광학 픽업 장치에서 발사된 2개의 광빔의 상기 광기록 매체상에서의 각 촛점의 중첩부분의 반사광을 상기 검출 수단에 의해 검출하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 재생 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 위상 변환 소자를 광축 주위에 45°회전시키므로서 상기 분할 수단에 의한 분할된 2개의 광빔은 상기 위상 변환 소자를 투과하므로서 서로 직교하는 직선 편광빔으로 변환되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 재생 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 광자기 재생 장치는 상기 광학 픽업 장치에서 발사된 2개의 광빔의 상기 광자기 기록 매체상의 각 촛점의 중첩부분 이외의 부분에서의 반사광을 상기 광검출 수단에 의해 검출하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 재생 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
