제1도는 본 발명에 관한 변속제어 방법을 실시하기 위해서 사용되는 변속제어 장치의 구성을 예시한 개념도, 제2A도는 시프트 업 변속시의 처리수순을 나타낸 플로우차트, 제2B도는 시프트 다운 변속시의 처리수순을 나타낸 플로우차트, 제2C도는 전후진 변환시의 처리수순을 나타낸 플로우차트, 제3도는 변속기의 구성을 예시한 개념도.
Claims (3)
- 도그 클러치를 작동시키므로써 속도단을 선택하는 직접 변속기를 구비하고, 엔진의 동력을 메인 클러치, 상기 직접 변속기 및 좌우의 조향 클러치를 거쳐 좌우의무한궤도에 전달하는 건설기계에 적용되는 변속제어 방법이며, 시프트 업 변속시에 있어서, 상기 좌우의 조향 클러치를 해방시키는 행정과, 상기 엔진의 회전수를 상승시키는 행정과, 상기 메인 클러치를 행방시키는 행정과, 현속도단을 선택하고 있는 상기 도그 클러치를 행방시키는 행정과, 상기 메인 클러치를 접속시키는 행정과, 상기 변속기의 출력축의 회전수를 검출하는 행정과, 상기 출력축의 회전수와, 다음 속도단의 선택되었다고 가정한 경우에 상기 변속기에서 이가 맞물리게 되는 기어의 이 맞물림 수에 따라서 상기 다음 속도단용의 도그 클러치의 동기 이 맞물림을 실현하는 목표 엔진회전수를 설정하는 행정과, 상기 엔진을 상기 목표 엔진회전수로 회전시키는 행정과, 상기 다음 속도단용의 도그클러치를 이 맞물림시키는 행정과, 상기 좌우의 조향 클러치를 접속시키는 행정과, 상기 엔진을 드로틀레버에서 지정된 회전수로 회전시키는 행정을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 변속제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엔진회전수를 상승시키는 행정에서의 상승 목표 회전수는 상기 조향용 클러치의 해방시점에서의 상기 엔진의 회전수, 상기 현속도단 및 다음 속도단에 따라 상기 목표 엔진회전수가 상기 엔진의 기능을 저해하지 않는 적정한 값을 나타내도록 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 변속제어 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상승 목표 회전수는 상기 조향용 클러치의 해방시점에서의 상기 엔진의 회전수, 상기 현속도단 및 다음 속도단에 따라 미리 기억장치에 격납되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 변속 제어방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
