Abstract

기계 전동장치(10)의 수동 또는 자동으로 선택된 업시프트 및 다운시프트를 반자동으로 실행하는 제어장치(104)/방법이 마련된다.
제어장치는 현재 맞물린 기어비로 부터의 업시프트 또는 다운시프트의 선택을 표시하는 드라이버 제어콘솔(108)로 부터 전동장치 입력축(16)과 출력축(90)속도를 나타내는 입력신호를 표시하고 이를 논리법칙에 따라 처리하여 명령출력 신호를 전동창치 액츄에이터(112,70,96)과 수동으로 작동하지 않는 마스터 마찰 클러치 오퍼레이터(CC)에 발생시켜 전동장치 중립시프트를 한 다음 전동 장치가 수동으로 동기화할때 선택된 시프트를 하는 중앙처리유닛(106)을 포함한다.

Claims (8)

  1. 수동제어 연료 드로틀 제어엔(E)과, 다중 속도 기어변경기계 전동장치(10)와, 이 엔진과 전동장치 사이에서 구동할 수 있게 위치한 마스터 마찰클러치(C)와, 이 마스터클러치를 맞물리고 분리하는 수동으로 제어할 수 없는 마스터클러치 오퍼레이터(CC)와, 전동입력축(16)회전속도를 나타내는 제1입력신호를 제공하는 제1센서(98)와, 전동장치 상태하에서 전동 입력축에 대해 독자적으로 회전 가능한 전동축(90)의 회전속도를 표시하는 제2입력 신호를 제공하는 제2센서(100)와, 변속기의 시프팅을 제어하는 수동으로 제어할 수 없는 전동장치 액츄에이터(112,70,96)를 포함하는 기계변경 기어 전동장치의 선택된 시프트를 자동으로 수행하는 제어장치(104)는 현재 맞물린 전동비 또는 중립비에서 선택된 비로의 업시프트 또는 다운 시프트를 선택하고 이 선택을 나타내는 제3입력신호를 제공하는 수단(120,124/132)와 제1입력신호, 제2입력신호 및 제3입력신호를 수신하여 소정의 논리법칙에 따라 이들을 처리하여 명령출력신호를 발생시키는 중앙처리 유닛(106)을 구비하고, (가)현재 맞물림비로 부터의 전동시프트의 선택에 응답하고, 전동장치를 중립으로 시프트하기 위해 명령 출력신호를 액츄에이터와 마스터클러치를 순간적으로 분리하기 위해 클러치 오퍼레이터에 발생시키는 수단과, (나)(i)현재 맞물림비에서 선택된 비로의 시프트의 선택에 응답하고 (ii),(i)전동장치의 수동동기를 감지후 (ii)명령출력신호를 액츄에이터에 발생시켜 전동장치를 선택된 비로 시프트하게 하는 전동장치 중립상태의 확인에 응답하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 제어 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수동작동 마스터 마찰클러치 오퍼레이터를 더 포함하고, 각각의 클러치 오퍼레이터는 다른 클러치 오퍼레이터의 위치에 관계없이 마스터 마찰클러치를 선택적으로 분리하도록 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 선택된 시프트는 수동으로 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 선택된 시프트는 자동으로 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.
  5. 수동으로 제어되는 연료 드로틀 제어엔(E)과, 다중속도 기어변경 기계 전동장치(10)와, 이 엔진과 전동장치 사이에 위치하고 구동하는 마스터 마찰클러치와, 이 마스터클러치를 분리하고 맞물리는 수동으로 제어할 수 없는 마스터클러치 오퍼레이터(CC)와, 전동입력축(16)회전속도를 표시하는 입력신호를 제공하는 제1센서(98)와, 전동작동하에서 입력축에 대해 독자적으로 회전 가능하게 전동축(90)의 회전속도를 나타내는 입력신호를 제공하는 제2센서(100)와, 전동잔치의 시프팅을 제어하는 수동으로 제어할 수 없는 전동장치 액츄에이터(70/96)와, 현재 맞물림비 또는 중립으로 부터 업시프트 또는 다운 시프트를 수동으로 선택하고 선택된비에 대해 중립을 선택하여 이를 나타내는 입력신호를 제공하는 수단(100,24,132)를 포함하는 드라이버 제어콘솔(108)와, 이 입력신호를 수신하여 이를 소정의 논리 법칙에 따라 처리하여 명령출력신호를 발생시키는 중앙처리 유닛(106)을 포함하는 반자동 기계 변경 기어 전동장치(104)의 선택된 시프트 수행을 제어하는 방법에 있어서, (가)전동장치를 바이어스하여 중립으로 시프트하기 위해 명령출력신호를 액츄에이터에 발생시키고 순간적으로 마스터클러치를 분리하기 위해 클러치 액츄에이터에 발생시키므로서 현재 맞물림비로 감지된 시프트의 선택에 응답하고, (나)(i)현재 맞물림비에서 선택된 비로의 시프트의 선택에 응답하고 (ii),(i)전동장치의 수동동기를 감지한 수 (ii)명령출력신호를 전동액츄에이터에 발생시켜 전동장치를 중립으로 시프트하므로서 전동 중립상태의 확인에 응답하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 수동작동 마스터 마찰크러치 오퍼레이터를 더 포함하고, 각각의 클러치 오퍼레이터는 다른 클러치 오퍼레이터의 위치에 관계없이 마스터 마찰클러치를 선택적으로 분리하도록 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 선택된 시프트는 수동으로 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어방법.
