Claims (9)
- 주변속기부 결합상태지시입력신호를 제공하는 센서들을 포함하는 주변속기부와 여기에 직렬연결된 분리형의 잠금식 보조변속기부로 구성되고 주변속기부의 특정 기어비와 보조변속기부의 특정기어비의 조합에 의해 각각 결정되는 다수의 기지 변속기 기어비를 갖는 분리형의 맞물림기어식 복합 변속기, 엔진 , 주변속기부와 보조변속기부의 변속수단 및 (i)입력신호를 받고, (ii)프로그램에 따라 입력신호를 처리하여 원하는 변속기 기어비를 결정하고, (iii)상기 변속수단으로 출력신호명령을 보내는 중앙처리장치로 구성되되, 중앙처리장치는 먼저 주변속기어부 중립으로 변속시키는 명령, 필요한 보조변속기부 기어비를 결합시키는 보조변속기부 변속명령 그후 주변속기부 기어비들 중의 필요한 하나를 결합시키는 주변속기부 변속명령의 순서로 변속기 기어비의 모든 비방향성 기어변환을 목적기어비(GRT)로 명령하는 기계식 자동변속기의 제어방법에 있어서, (a)필요기어비로의 주변속기부의 결합을 확인하는 단계, (b)목적기어비로의 변속기 결합확인을 감지하는 단계, (c)변속기가 목적기어비에 결합하였음을 확인하지 못한 경우, 주변속기부 결합을 유지하며 엔진속도가 목적기어비를 위한 동기엔진속도 이상이 되도록 엔진속도를 증가시키고, 그후 동기엔진속도보다 작도록 엔진속도를 감소시키는 단계 및 (d)그후 목적기어비로의 변속기 결합확인을 감지하는 단계로 구성되어 필요 기어비로의 주변속기부 결합명령을 완성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (b)와 (c)단계 사이에 (e)변속기가 목적기어비에 있지않은 경우, 임의 변속기 기어비로의 변속기 결합확인을 감지하는 단계를 포함하며, 변속기가 임의변속기 기어비로 결합하였음을 확인하지 못한 경우만(c)및 (d)단계가 실행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (d)단계후 (f)변속기가 목적기어비에 있지 않은 경우, 임의변속기 기어비로의 변속기결합 확인을 감지하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 변속기가 입력축 및 출력축을 포함하며, 입력신호는 입력축(25)및 출력축(OS)회전속도를 지시하는 신호를 포함하며, IS+(OS*GR)+K;GR은 기어비이며, K는 오차율 일때 결합이 감지되는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, K값이 50~150 RPM인 방법
- 주변속기부 결합상태지시입력신호를 제공하는 센서들을 포함하는 주변속기부와 여기에 직렬연결된 분리형의 잠금식 보조변속기부로 구성되고 주변속기부의 특정 기어비와 보조변속기부의 특정기어비의 조합에 의해 각각 결정되는 다수의 기지 변속기 기어비를 갖는 분리형의 맞물림기어식 복합 변속기, 엔진 , 주변속기부와 보조변속기부의 변속수단 및 (i)입력신호를 받고, (ii)프로그램에 따라 입력신호를 처리하여 원하는 변속기 기어비를 결정하고, (iii)상기 변속수단으로 출력신호명령을 보내는 중앙처리장치로 구성되되, 중앙처리장치는 먼저 주변속기어부를 중심으로 변속시키는 명령, 필요한 보조변속기부 기어비를 결합시키는 보조 변속기부 변속명령, 그후 주변속기부 기어비들 중의 필요한 하나를 결합시키는 주변속기부 변속명령의 순서로 변속기 기어비의 모든 비방향성 기어변환을 목적기어비(GRT)로 명령하는 기계식 자동변속기의 제어장치에 있어서, (a)필요 기어비로의 주변속기부의 결합을 확인하는 단계, (b)목적기어비로의 변속기 결합확인을 감지하는 단계, (c)변속기가 목적기어비에 결합하였음을 확인하지 못한 경우, 주변속기부 결합을 유지하며 엔진속도가 목적기어비를 위한 동기엔진속도 이상이 되도록 엔진속도를 증가시키고, 그후 동기엔진속도보다 작도록 엔진속도를 감소시키는 단계 및 (d)그후 목적기어비로의 변속기 결합확인을 감지하는 단계로 구성되어 필요 기어비로의 주변속기부 결합명령을 완성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 제어장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, (b)와 (c)수단 사이에 (e)변속기가 목적기어비에 있지않은 경우, 임의 변속기 기어비로의 변속기 결합확인을 감지하는 단계를 포함하는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 변속기가 입력축 및 출력축을 포함하며, 입력신호는 입력축(IS)및 출력축(OS)회전속도를 지시하는 신호를 포함하고, 결합은 IS+(OS*GR)=K(GR=기어비, K=오차율)일때 감지된 장치.
