Abstract

본 발명은 차량 자동화 기계변속장치(10)에서 목표기어비(GRT)의 맞물림을 제어하는 제어방법/장치에 관한 것이다. 제어장치/방법에 의해 엔진속도(ES)가 동기엔진속도(ES=IS*GRT) 보다 크고 다음 작게 함으로서 목표기어비와 연관된 맞물림 포지티브 죠우클러치를 따라 토으크를 역으로 하게 되어서 토오크 블록상태에 의해 야기한 부분 맞물림을 최소화하거나 빨리한다.

Claims (15)

  1. 연료제어엔진(14), 비확동커플링(16)에 의해 상기 엔진에 구동할 수 있게 연결된 입력축(114)와 출력축(20) 사이에 다수의 선택적으로 맞물리는 기어비를 지닌 기계 다속변속기(12), 엔진회전속도(ES), 출력축 회전속도(OS) 및 목표기어비를 나타내는 입력신호를 포함하는 다수의 입력신호를 수신하고 소정의 논리법칙에 따라 이를 처리하여 명령출력신호를 엔진속도를 제어하는 엔진 콘트롤러를 포함하는 시스템 액츄에이터가 변속기를 시프팅하는 변속기 오퍼레이터(34)에 발생시키는 정보처리장치를 지닌 차량자동기계 변속장치(10)에서, 목표기어비(GRT)의 맞물림을 제어하는 방법으로 상기 변속장치의 기어비 변경을 제1포지티브를 클러치를 분리한 다음 제2포지티브 클러치를 맞물리는 순차를 포함하고, 상기 포지티브 클러치 모두는 차량엔진의 회전속도에 의존하는 회전속도를 지닌 회전클러치부재와 출력측 속도에 의존하는 회전속도를 지닌 제2클러치부재를 지니는 것에 있어서, (1) 상기 제1포지티브 클러치를 분리한 후, 상기 제2포지티브 클러치를 맞물리기 위해 초기 맞물림 엔진속도에 대한 엔진에게 소정의 값(((OS*GRT+REF1)>ES>((OS*GRT)-REF|2)))내로 명령하는 단계와; (2) 현재엔진속도가 상기 제2포지티브 클러치를 맞물리기 위해 동기엔진속도의 상기 소정의 값내에 있을 때, 상기 제2포지티브 클러치의 상기 제1 및 제2클러치부재로 하여금 연속적으로 맞물리게 한 후 제1출력축속도(OS1)을 교대로 감지하고, 상기 제1출력축속도(ES=((OS1×GRT)+REF))으로 제2포지티브 클러치를 맞물리기 위해 동기속도보다 기준속도만큼 큰 연진속도로 엔진회전시키고, 다음 상기 제2출력축속도(ES=((OS2*GRT)-REF)))로 상기 제2포지티브 클러치를 맞물리기 위해 동기속도보다 기준속도만큼 작은 엔진속도로 엔진을 회전시키는 단계 특징으로 하는 목표기어비의 맞물림을 제어하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 맞물린 상기 목표비가 업시프트이면, 상기 초기 맞물림 엔진속도가 상기 제2포지티브 클러치를 맞물리기 위해 동기엔진속도보다 약간 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 목표기어비의 맞물림을 제어하는 방법.

  10. 제7항에 있어서, 맞물린 상기 목표비가 다운시프트이면, 상기 초기 맞물림 엔진속도가 상기 제2포지티브 클러치를 맞물리기 위해 동기엔진속도보다 약간 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 맞물림을 제어하는 장치.
  11. 제7 에 있어서, 상기 비확동 커플링을 마스터 마찰클러치를 선택적으로 맞물리고 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 맞물림을 제어하는 장치.
  12. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 소정의 값 모드는 범위가 15~50RPM 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 맞물림을 제어하는 장치.
  13. 연료제어엔진(14), 비확동커플링(16)에 의해 상기 엔진에 구동할 수 있게 연결된 입력축(114)와 출력축(20) 사이에 다수의 선택적으로 맞물리는 기어비를 지닌 기계 다속변속기(12), 엔진회전속도(ES), 출력축 회전속도(OS) 및 목표기어비를 나타내는 입력신호를 포함하는 다수의 입력신호를 수신하고 소정의 논리법칙에 따라 이를 처리하여 명령출력신호를 엔진속도를 제어하는 엔진 콘트롤러를 포함하는 시스템 액츄에이터가 변속기를 시프팅하는 변속기 오퍼레이터(34)에 발생시키는 정보처리장치를 지닌 차량자동기계 변속장치(10)에서, 목표기어비(GRT)의 맞물림을 제어하는 정보처리장치를 지닌 차량자동기계 변속장치(10)에서, 목표기어비(GRT)의 맞물림을 제어하는 정보처리기기로 상기 변속장치의 기어비 변경을 제1포지티브를 클러치를 분리한 다음 제2포지티브 클러치를 맞물리는 순차를 포함하고, 상기 포지티브 클러치 모두는 차량엔진의 회전속도에 의존하는 회전속도를 지닌 회전클러치부재와 출력측 속도에 의존하는 회전속도를 지닌 제2클러치부재를 지니는 것에 있어서, (1) 상기 제1포지티브 클러치를 분리한 후, 상기 제2포지티브 클러치를 맞물리기 위해 초기 맞물림 엔진속도에 대한 엔진에게 소정의 값(((OS*GRT+REF1)>ES>((OS*GRT)-REF2)))내로 명령하는 논리법칙과; (2) 현재엔진속도가 상기 제2포지티브 클러치를 맞물리기 위해 동기엔진속도의 상기 소정의 값내에 있을 때, 상기 제2포지티브 클러치의 상기 제1 및 제2클러치부재로 하여금 연속적으로 맞물리게 한 후 제1출력축속도(OS1)을 교대로 감지하고, 상기 제1출력축속도(ES=((OS1×GRT)+REF))으로 제2포지티브 클러치를 맞물리기 위해 동기속도보다 기준속도만큼 큰 연진속도로 엔진회전시키고, 다음, 상기 제2출력축속도(ES=((OS2*GRT)-REF)))로 상기 제2포지티브 클러치를 맞물리기 위해 동기속도보다 기준속도만큼 작은 엔진속도로 엔진을 회전시키는 논리법칙을 특징으로 하는 목표기어비의 맞물림을 제어하는 정보처리기기.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 맞물린 상기 목표비가 업시프트이면, 상기 초기 맞물림 엔진속도가 상기 제2포지티브 클러치를 맞물리기 위해 동기엔진속도보다 약간 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 목표기어비의 맞물림을 제어하는 정보처리기기.
