Abstract
본 발명 차량용 클러치 제어시스템은 클러치 위치감지기(34), 스로틀 위치감지기(30), 변속기어 선택수단(24), 클러치 작동기(22) 및 제어수단(36,38)으로 구성된다. 변속기어 선택수단(24)이 변속을 시작할때에 클러치 작동기(22)는 클러치가 분리되고 구동판이 차량속로 회전되는 경우 마찰클러치 구동판속도에 기초하는 사전에 결정된 값(TL) 이하로 스로틀신호(Vt)가 떨어질때까지 클러치를 부분 분리상태로 유지한다.

제2도는 높은 변속비로 변속중에 제1도에서 보인 클러치 제어시스템의 여러 파라메타가 시간에 따라 변화하는 것을 보인 그래프.
Claims (9)
- 차량용 마찰클러치(14)용의 클러치 제어시스템에 있어서, 이 시스템이 클러치 위치감지기(34), 스로틀 위치감지기(30), 변속기어선택수단(24), 클러치 작동수단(22)와 변속기어 선택수단(24)에 의한 기어변속을 위한 클러치분리중에 클러치 작동수단(22)이 감지된 스로틀신호가 사전에 결정된 스로틀값(TL) 이하로 떨어질 때까지 클러치를 부분 분리결합 상태로 유지토록 배설되는 제어수단(36)(38)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 클러치 제어시스템.
- 청구범위1항에 있어서, 제어수단(36)(38)이 기어변속이 변속기어 선택수단에 의하여 이루어질 때에 클러치의 초기분리단계가 이루어지도록 배설됨을 특징으로 하는 클러치 제어시스템.
- 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 초기분리 단계중에 클러치(14)가 상기 부분분리 상태로 분리됨을 특징으로 하는 클러치 제어시스템.
- 전기 청구범위의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제어수단(36,38)이 스로틀 개방이 사전에 결정된 스로틀값(TL)에 이른후 일정한 지연시간동안 클러치(14)가 상기 부분분리상태를 유지하도록 배설됨을 특징으로 하는 클러치 제어시스템.
- 전기 청구범위의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사전에 결정된 스로틀밸브(TL)가 클러치 분리직전 차량의 엔진속도와/또는 구동판속도에 관련됨을 특징으로 하는 클러치 제어시스템.
- 청구범위 5항에 있어서, 사전에 결정된 스로틀값이 클러치가 완전히 분리된 상태에서 상기 엔진속도값을 발생토록 요구된 스로틀개방값인 무부하스로틀값(TC)로부터 계산됨을 특징으로 하는 클러치 제어시스템.
- 청구범위 6항에 있어서, 사전에 결정된 스로틀값(TL)이 무수하스로틀값(TC)에 증분(y)을 더한 값임을 특징으로 하는 클러치 제어시스템.
- 청구범위 7항에 있어서, 증분 y이 변속시작시 순간엔진속도에 따라 변화함을 특징으로 하는 클러치 제어시스템.
- 청구범위 7 또는 8항에 있어서, 스로틀 작동기가 구성되어 있고, 제어유니트가 클러치의 클러치 토오크역량이 제로로 감소됨과 동시에 스로틀이 무부하 스로틀값에 이르도록 배설됨을 특징으로 하는 클러치 제어시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
