Abstract
자동 변속기의 제어 및 조정을 위한 방법은 중첩 변속으로 하는 것이 바람직하다. 이 경우 닫히는 크러치(12)의 닫힘 결함이 감지되면 제어방법으로부터 조정방법으로 전환된다.

Claims (7)
- 구동장치 특히 내연기관에 의하여 구동되는 자동 변속기의 제어 및 조정을 위한 방법에 있어서, 압력치를 기준으로 자동 변속기의 전기자기 조정크러치나 또는 브레이크에 의하여 제어되는 자동 변속기의 변속은 2단 변속비의 1단에 의하여 행해지며 한편 경과제어는 1차 크러치(11)를 열고 2차 크러치(12)를 닫으며 한편 변속과정 중 변속 압력회전수(9)의 여하한 회전수 증가가 되지 않으며 부하의 수용단계 중에 변속기 입력회전수(9)가 변속기 종동회전수 곱하기 1차 변속비(10)의 적(積)보다 크고 결함발생과 더불어 경과제어가 중단되며 떨어지는 크러치(11)의 조정단계가 개시될 때 2차 크러치(12)의 결합불량이 감지되는 전자제어장치를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 변속기 입력회전수(9)가 부하를 받는 단게중에 1차 한계치(dn1)보다 크게 될 때 2차 크러치(12)의 결합불량이 감지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 조정단계에서 1차 크러치(11)의 압력레벨은 변속기 입력회전수(9)가 제2한계치(dn2)를 상회하지 않도록 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 조정단계에서 1차 크러치(11)의 압력레벨은 다음 공식에 의하여 계산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.pK=(p(t1)-pOFF)(M_MOT/M_MOT(t1))+pRegel+pOFFpRegel=f(dn_T(표준치), dn_T(실제치))여기에서 지수 t1은 변속기 입력회전수 증가가 되는 시점, p(t1)은 이점에 대한 1차 크러치(11)의 압력레벨, M_Mot는 구동장치에 의하여 실제 전달되는 토르크, M_MOT(t1)은 시점 t1에 대한 구동장치에 의하여 전달되는 토르크, dn_T는 변속기 입력회전수(9) 빼기 변속기 종동회전수 곱하기 1단 변속비의 차이이며, pOFF는 피스톤 반력(反力)의 압력부분을 의미한다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 변속기 압력회전수(9) 빼기 변속기 종동회전수 곱하기 1단 변속비(10)의 차이가 양(+)의 한계치(dn3)를 하회할 때 이에따라 조정단계 끝의 1차 압력레벨에서 2차 압력레벨로 기울어진 형식으로 전환이 되고 이때 2차 압력레벨은 경과제어로부터 산출된 압력레벨에 상응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 변속기 압력회전수(9) 빼기 변속기 종동회전수 곱하기 1차 변속비(10) 적(積)의 차이가 부(-)의 한계치(dn4)를 상회할 때 1차 크러치(11)는 완전히 열리는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1차 크러치(11)는 시간단계가 경과되고 이때 시간단계는 2차 크러치(12)의 구배-조정단계의 끝과 더불어 개시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
