Abstract
전자적으로 개량된 구동열장치(10)에서 변속시간 실행시간을 감소시키는 방법 및 장치가 제공된다. (10)는 중변속동안 엔진속도 감소율도 증가시키기 위해 엔진회전에 감속토크를 제공하는 다수의 장치를 포함한다. 이 장치에는 엔진 브레이크 (32)및 입력축 브레이크(38)가 포함된다. 또한 감속토크는 냉각팬(30) 에어콤프레서, 수압펌프 에어콘콤프레서(34)및 그 내용물과 같은 여러 엔진 부속물 제어에 의한 엔진부속을 부하 증가고 제공된다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 전통 및 엔진브레이크를 포함하는 구동열 장치의 개략도,
제2a도는 엔진브레이크가 없는 마찰주클러치가 결합된 통상의 증변속의 그래프,
제2b도는 엔진브레이크 사용없이 요구조건하에 시도된 증변속의 그래프,
제2c도는 본 발명에 따라 마찰주 클러치가 결합된 엔진브레이크 보조 증변속의 그래프,
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 변속시간 감소방법을 예시하는 플로우차트.
Claims (18)
- 전동입력축(14)및 전동출력축(26)사이에서 선택적으로 결합되는 다수의 기어비 결합과 중립기어상태를 갖는 기계식 기어변속전동(T)에 연결된 엔진을 포함하되 엔진을 엔진회전(32)을 감속시키는 장치를 가지며, 엔진속도(ES), 출력축속도(OS)와 중립기어상태(70)를 지시하는 다수의 입력신호를 수용하여 엔진감속장치(32)를 제어하기 위한 명령신호를 보내는 전자제어 유니트(40)를 또한 포함하는 기계식 구동열장치의 변속 시간 감소방법에 있어서; 현기어비와 분리된 후 목적기어비와 결합되기 전 일어나는 중립기어상태(80)를 감지하는 단계; 목적기어비로의 결합이 실행되는 동기속도 이상의 엔진속도일때 주클러치가 결합되 있는 동안 감속토크(94)를 가하여 엔진감속을 증가시키며 변속시간을 감소시키는 단계를 포함하는 구동열 장치의 변속시간 감소방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전동(T)이 입력출(14)의 감소회전을 위한 입력축 브레이크(38)를 포함하며, 감소토크를 가하는 단계가 입력축 브레이크(38)를 작동시키는 것과 함께 엔진감속장치(32)를 작동시키고 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 엔진감속장치(32)가 엔진압축 브레이크인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전동장치가 엔진에 설치되어 전자제어 유니트(40)와 연결되는 다수의 엔진부속물(30,34)을 또한 포함하여 감속토크를 가하는 단계가 엔진부하를 증가시키도록 엔진부속물(30,34)의 적어도 하나를 작동시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 엔진 부속물이 냉각팬(30), 에이콤프레서(34), 수압펌프, 에이콘 콤프레서 및 그 내용물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전동장치가 엔진 (E)에 설치되어 전자제어 유니트(40)에 연결되는 다수의 엔진부속물(30,34)을 또한 포함하고 전동은 입력축의 감속 회전을 위한 입력축 브레이크(38)를 또한 포함하며, 감속토크 를 가하는 단계가 다수의 엔진부속물(30,34), 엔진감속장치(32)및 입력축 브레이크(38)로 구성되는 그룹으로부터선택된 장치에 조합을 작동시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 엔진속도가 동기속도에 접근하는 종지속도(96) 측정하는 단계 및 종지속도에 기초하여 감속토크(86~94)부가를 제어하는 단계를 또한 포함하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 감속토크부가 제어단계가 감속토크 증가(94) 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 종지속도 측정단계가 엔진속도가 엔진회전 기중속도 이상인지 여부를 결정(86)하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 전동입력축(14)및 전동출력축(26)사이에서 선택적으로 결합되는 다수의 기어비 조압과 중립기어상태를 갖는 기계식 기어변속전동(T)에 연결된 엔진(E)및 엔진속도(OS)와 중립기어 상태를 지시하는 다수의 입력신호를 수용하여 엔진 (E)과 전동(T)를 제어하는 명령신호를 보내는 전자제어 유니트(40)를 포함하는 기계식 구동열 장치의 변속시간감소용 제어장치에 있어서, 현기어비와 분리된 후 목적기어비와 결합되기 전 일어나는 중립 기어상태를 결정하는 센서(70)및 엔진감속을 증가시키고 변속시간을 감소시키기 위해 엔진속도가 목적기어비가 결합되는 동기속도 이상인 동안 감속토크가 엔진(E)가 가해지도록 전자제어 유니트(40)로 부터의 명령에 따라 감속토크(30,32,34,38)를 가하는 수단을 포함하는 구동열장치의 변속시간 감소용 제어장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 감속토크를 가하고 수단이 전동(T)에 부착된 입력축 브레이크(38)를 포함하되 이 브레이크는 전자제어 유니트(40)에 연결되는 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 감속 토크를 가하는 수단이 엔진브레이크(32)를 포함하는 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 엔진브레이크(32)는 엔진압축 브레이크인 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 감속토크를 가하는 수단이 엔진회전을 감속시키기 위해 엔진(E)부하를 증가시키도록 엔진에 설치된 다수의 엔진부속품(30,34)을 포함하는 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 감속토크를 가하는 수단이 엔진회전을 감속시키기 위해 엔진부하를 증가시키는 엔진 냉각팬(30)을 포함하는 장치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 감속토크를 가하는 수단이 엔진회전을 감속시키기 위해 엔진(E)부하를 증가시키도록 엔진(E)에 설치된 에어 콤프레서(34), 수압펌프, 에어콘콤프레서 및 그 내용물을 또한 포함하는 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 엔진속도가 동기속도에 접근하는 종지속도 측정수단(40,46,48,50)및 종지속도에 가초한 감속토크를 가하는 것을 제어하는 수단(40)을 또한 포함하는 장치.
