Claims (2)

  1. (I)신호전극을 가지는 표시전극 기판과, 주사전극, 상기 신호전극의 각 교차점에 형성되는 스위칭 트랜지스터와 제1투명절연기판상의 표시영상 소자전극과 상기 주사전극과, (II)상기 표시영상소자 전극의 대향영역(범위)내에 위치되게 제2투명절연기판상에 배열되는 카운터전극을 가지는 카운터전극기판과, 그리고 (III)상기 카운터 전극 기판과 상기 표시전극기판 사이에 삽입되는 투명전극 중합체에 분산되는 유전상수의 양 비등방성을 가지는 액정의 액정층을 포함하고, 상기 투명중합체는 양이온 중합 포토세팅형 투명중합체이고 그리고 상기 액정은 다음 화학식 [I]그리고/또는 [II]에 의해 표시되는 화합물의 구성하는 그룹에서 선택되는 적어도 한 종류의 액정을 포함하고,
    여기의 X1,X2,X3은 독립적으로 H,F,CF3또는OCF3을 표시하고, A는 단일결합 -CH2CH2-, -C≡-,또는 -COO-를 표시하고, Y는 CnH2n+1 -또는를 표시하고(n은 2~10의 수를 표시)
    여기서X1~ X3그리고 A는 [I]에서아 같은 뜻을 가지고, Z는 CnH2n+1 -, CnH2n+1 또는를 표시하고 (n는 [I]에서와 같은 뜻)인 액정표시장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 투사장치를 포함하는 액정표시장치.
