Claims (6)

  1. 강유전성 액정 매체, 두 개의 전극, 하나 이상의 편극자, 두 개의 투명한 담체판 및 하나 이상의 배향층을 포함하는 액정 스위칭 및 디스플레이 부재에 있어서, 하나 이상의 배향층이 연결된 전극과 직접적으로 전기 접촉하며 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 전기전도성 중합체를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 액정 스위칭 및 디스플레이 부재.
    상기식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 H, 탄소수 1 내지 16의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬 또는 알콕시, 또는 할로겐이고, X는 황 또는 NH이며, Y-는 BF4 -, PF6 -, PO4 3-, AsF6 -, SbC6 -, SOl4 2-, HSO4 -, 알킬-SO3 -, 퍼플루오로알킬 -SO3 -, 아릴-SO3 -, F-또는 Cl-이고, n은 4 내지 100의 정수이며, m은 1 내지 30의 정수이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, n이 4 내지 30의 정수이고, m이 1 내지 9의 정수이며, R1, R2, X 및 Y가 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같은 액정 스위칭 및 디스플레이 부재.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, X가 황원자이고, Y-가 BF4 -, PO4 3-, SO4 2-, HSO4 -, F-또는 Cl-이며, R1,R2,n 및 m이 제2항에서 정의한 바와 같은 액정 스위칭 및 디스플레이 부재.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 배향층이 일반식(I)의 중합체 뿐만 아니라 하나 이상의 비전도성 중합체를 포함하는 액정 스위칭 및 디스플레이 부재.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 배향층이 일반식(I)의 중합체 뿐만 아니라 하나 이상의 전도성 중합체를 추가로 포함하는 액정 스위칭 및 디스플레이 부재.
  6. 액정 스위칭 및 디스플레이 부재중에서 배향층 성분으로서의 제1항의 일반식(I)의 전기전도성 중합체의 용도.
