제3도는 암색화 반응이 진행되는 동안 다양한 디멘젼을 갖는 전기색상 글레이징의 시간에 따른 전류 소모량을 나타낸 그래프.
Claims (15)
- 전기색상 재료층(9), 전해질층(8) 및 역전극층(7)으로 분리된 제1 및 제2전기전도성 층(2,5)에 의해 피복된 두개의 유리 시이트(1,4)를 포함하는 전기색상계에 있어서, 각각의 전기전도성 층(2,5)을 이의 전기 전도성 보다 큰 전기전도성을 갖는 재료로 만들어진 전기전도성 스트립(3,6)과 함께 제공하며, 각각의 전기전도성 스트립(3,6)을 전기전도성 층의 상대되는 에지를 따라 위치시키고 착색상(또는 탈색상)에 적용되는 전압-발전기와 연결시키며, 포인트 A와 직접 접해 있는 제2 전기전도성 층의 포인트 A와 R사이에 U2=(VA-VR)(t)=U0[여기서U0는 상수이며, 착색(또는 탈색)반응의 안정범위내에서 선택된다]의 전위차가 존재하도록, 전기전도성 스트립(3,6)과 각각 인접한 제1 및 제2전기전도성 층(2,5)의 포인트 A와B사이에 U1=(VA-VR)(t)의 전위차를 제공함을 특징으로 하는 전기색상계(electrochromic system).
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기전도성 스트립(3,6)이 구리인 전기색상계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기색상재료층(9)이 삼산화 텅스텐과 같은 음극 전기색상재료를 포함하는 전기색상계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 역전극(7)이 산화이리듐과 같은 양극 전기색상재료를 포함하는 전기색상계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전해질(8)이 양성자-전도성 전해질인 전기색상계.
- 제5항에 있어서, 양성자-전도성 전해질이, 균일하게 분산된 무수 오르토 인산을 포함하는 폴리(에틸렌 옥사이드)의 필름으로 이뤄진 중합체착물인 전기색상계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전해질(8)이 리튬중의 이온-전도성 전해질인 전기색상계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시간 t에서 적용될 전위차 U1을 전기계량기에 의해 예비측정하는 전기색상계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전위차 U1=f(t)를 지수함수(expotential function)에 의해 접근시키는 전기색상계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 포인트 R과 인접한 제2전기 전도성 층상에서 제3전기전도성 스트립(6')을 추가로 포함하여, 제1전기전도성 층상의 전기전도성 스트립(3)과 제3전기전도성 층상의 전기전도성 스트립(3)과 제3전기전도성 스트립(6') 사이에서 전위차U2가 일정하게 유지되도록, 전위차U1을 적용시킨 전기색상계.
- 제10항에 있어서, 제2전기전도성 층상의 전기 전도성 스트립(6,6')을 전압 U2을 0으로 적용시킬 경우에 셀을 가열시키는데 사용하기 위한 전위차 U3을 적용할 수 있는 전압-발전기와 연결시킨 전기색상계.
- 제11항에 있어서, 전위차 U3이 교류식인 전기색상계.
- 제12항에 있어서, 효과적인 U3이 전극간의 거리 1㎝당 0.5V에 상응하는 전기색상계.
- (a) 시이트의 상하 에지의 길이가 시이트의 좌우에지의 길이 이상인, 화학적으로 불활성인 투명한 재료로 만들어진, 2개의 수직 및 수평 시이트; (b) 2개의 투명한 시이트의 내부면을 덮고 있으며, (c) 전기색상 재료, (d) 전해질 및(e) 역전극으로 분리된, 소위 E1 및 E2 전기전도성 층; (f) 전기전도성 층의 전기전도성 보다 큰 전기전도성을 갖는 재료로 제조되며, E1의 상부 에지의 길이를 따라 연결되어 있는 소위 A의 전기전도성 스트립; (g) 전기전도성 층의 전기전도성보다 큰 전기전도성을 갖는 재료로 제조되며, E2의 하부 에지의 길이를 따라 연결되어 있는, 소위 B의 전기전도성 스트립; (h) 전기 전도성 층의 전기전도성보다 큰 전기전도성을 갖는 재료로 제조되며, E2의 상부 에지의 길이를 따라 연결되어 있는, 소위 R의 전기전도성 스트립; (i) 포인트 A와 직접 접해있는 포인트 R과 포인트 A사이에 U2=(VA-VR)(t)=U0[여기서, U0는 상수이며, 착색(또는 탈색) 반응의 안정범위내에서 선택된다]의 전위차가 존재하도록, 포인트 A와B사이에 U1=(VA-VR)(t)의 전위차를 착색상(또는 탈색상)에 적용시키는 전압-발전기를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전기색상계.
