Claims (6)
- 최소한 한쪽은 투광성의 전극을 갖는 한쌍의 기판사이에 플러스의 유전이방성을 나타내며 또한 선광성 물질을 함유하는 네마틱액정층을 배설하고, 이 액정층내의 액정분자가 한쪽 기판면에서 다른 기판면을 향해 배향되며, 또한 그 배향방향이 양 기판간에 200-250도로 비틀린 나선구조를 갖는 액정표시소자에 있어서,상기 전극과 상기 액정층간에 장쇄 탄화수소기를 갖는 디아민화합물 또는 트리플루오로메틸기를 갖는 디아민 화합물과 테트라카르본산 2무수물과를 반응시켜서 얻은 폴리이미드 배향막이 설치되어 있으며, 이 막이 네마틱액정분자에 대해 3도 이상의 프레틸트각을 갖는 배향막임을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장쇄탄화수소기를 갖는 디아민화합물이 일반식(I)로 표시되며,X-(CH2)n-X (I)(X. -NH2또는 -CONHNH2이며, n은 8-13의 정수를 나타냄)또, 상기 트리플루오로메틸기를 갖는 디아민화합물이 일반식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는(X는를 나타냄) 디아민화합물인 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디아민화합물이 일반식(Ⅲ)으로 표시되는 디아미노디페닐에테르,(n은 0 또는 1의 정수를 나타냄)및 일반식(Ⅳ)로 표시되는 디아미노실옥산(Ar1은 알킬렌기 또는 페닐렌기를, Ar2는 알킬기 또는 아릴기를 나타냄),중에서 선정된 최소한 하나의 디아민화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 최소한 한쪽은 투광성의 전극을 갖는 한쌍의 기판 사이에 플러스의 유전이방성을 나타내며 또한 선광성물질을 함유하는 네마틱액정층을 배설하고, 이 액정층내의 액정분자가 한쪽 기판면에서 다른 기판면을 향해 배향되며, 또한 그 배향방향이 양 기판간에 200-250도로 비틀린 나선구조를 갖는 액정표시소자에 있어서, 상기 전극과 상기 액정층간에 장쇄 탄화수소기를 갖는 디아민화합물 및 트리플루오로메틸기를 갖는 디아민화합물과 테트라카르본산 2무수물과 반응시켜 얻은 공중합체 폴리이미드 배향막이 설치되어 있으며, 이 막이 네마틱액정분자에 대해 3도 이상의 프레틸트각을 갖는 배향막임을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
