Claims (7)
- 필수적으로 생성물 혼합물의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 95 내지 약 99.95중량%의 C4알데하이드 및 C5알데하이드로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 직쇄 및 측쇄 알데하이디 및 필수적으로 유기 중량체(heavies)로 이루어진 잔여량으로 이루어진 액체 조 알데하이드 생성물 혼합물인 출발 물질을 증류 컬럼에 가하고 액체 조 알데하이드 생성물을 증류 컬럼에서 액체 알데하이드 생성물 혼합물인 출발 물질중에 존재하는 직쇄 알데하이드의 정상 비점 이상인 약 1℃내지 약 35℃의 기준 온도에서 증류시켜(I)증류 컬럼의 상부 또는 그 근처에서 회수되고 필수적으로 정제된 측쇄 알데하이드로 이루어진 액체 알데하이드 생성물 스트립 및 (II)필수적으로 액체 조 알데하이드 생성물 혼합물인 출발 물질에 존재한느 직쇄 알데하이드 양의 약 70중량%이하 및 액체 조알데하이드 생성물 혼합물인 출발 물질에 존재하는 유기 중량체 양의 33중량%미만인 정제된 직쇄알데하이드로 이루어진 증발된 알데하이드 생성물 스트립 및 (Ⅲ)증류 컬럼의 기저 또는 그 근처에서 회수되고 필수적으로 직쇄 알데하이드로 이루어진 잔여의 정제된 액체 알데하이드(여기서, 회수된 정제된 액체 알데하이드에 존재하는 유기 중량체의 양은 증류 컬럼에 공급된 알데하이드 총 중량의 약 1중량%미만과 액체 조 알데하이드생성물 혼합물인 출발 물질에 존재하는 유기 중량체 양의 약 67중량%이상의 합이다)를 수득함을 특징으로 하여, 액체 조 알데하이드 생성물 혼합물을 정제하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 직쇄 알데하이드의 정상 비점 이상인 약 10℃내지 약 35℃의 기준 온도에서 증류시키는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 조 알데하이드 생성물 혼합물인 출발 물질의 알데하이드가 n-부탄알 및 이소 부탄일인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 조 알데하이드 생성물 혼합물인 출발 물질의 알데하이드가 n-부탄알 및 측쇄 펜탄알인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 약 1내지 30psing의 상부(top)압력에서 증류시키는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 약 1내지 15psing의 상부 압력에서 증류시키는 방법.
