Claims (5)

  1. (가) 기-액 접촉수단중에서 에틸렌글리콜, 고급글리콜, 촉매 및 미반응 에틸렌 카보네이트로 된 가수분해 유출물을 증류하여 거이 에틸렌글리콜과 물만으로 된 것을 저비점 유분으로 하여 유출시키며 가수 분해 촉매, 애틸렌글로콜 및 고급글라콜만으로 된 액체를 고비점 유분으로 하여 유출시키고, (나) (가)단계의 충분한 량의 고비점 유분을 (가)단계의 저비점 유분에 대하여 환류물로 하여 기-액 접촉수단속으로 재순환시켜 저비점 유분중의 에틸렌카보네이트 함량을 약 0.05wt.% 이하로 감소시키며, (다) 고비점 유분의 나머지 부분을 가수분해 반응계로 재순환시키므로써 촉매 존재하에 에틸렌카보네이트 가수분해시에 생성된 에틸렌글리콜중의 에틸렌카보네이트 함량을 감소시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 재순환액중의 가수분해 촉매량을 약 10-50%로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, (가)단계의 저비점 유분을 응축시켜 이 응축물의 일부를 보충환류물로 하여 기-액 접촉수단으로 순환시키는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 순간 가열처리 온도를 150°-225°C 범위로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 가수분해 유출물을 순간 가열처리하여 액체부분과 기체부분으로 만들고 기체부분을 기-액 접촉수단쪽으로 공급하여 액체부분을 고비점 생성물쪽으로 공급하는 방법.
