Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA PREČIŠĆAVANJE ETILENGLIKOLA DOBIJENOG IZ ETILENKARBONATA, postupkom hidrolize u prisustvu katalizatora, naznačen time, što se efluent hidrolize, koji se sastoji od oko 70 mas.% etilenglikola, 3 mas.% etilenkarbonata, 24 mas.% vode, 2 mas.% viših glikola i 0,7 mas.% katalizatora, destiliše, na kontaktu para-tečnost, na temperaturi od oko 150-225 C, pri pritisku od oko 0,265-1 x 10 Pa, što se niskoključajuća frakcija koja se u osnovi sastoji od oko 73 mas.% etilenglikola i 25 mas.% vode sa oko 2 mas.% viših glikola i manje od 0,03 mas.% etilenkarbonata odvodi i prečišćava, a visokoključajuća frakcija, u tečnom stanju, koja se u osnovi sastoji od samo katalizatora hidrolize u količini od 10-50 mas.% etilenglikola i viših glikola, jednim delom recirkuliše do kontakta para-tečnosti radi smanjenja koncentracije etilenkarbonata u niskoključajućoj frakciji do ispod oko 0,05 mas.%, a drugi deo visokoključajuće frakcije recirkuliše se do reakcije hidrolize. Prijava sadrži još 2 patentna zahteva.
