열가소성 폴리에스테르 폐기물로부터 방향족산의 메틸 에스테르 및 글리콜을 회수하는 방법

제1도는 본 발명의 방법을 수행하는데 적합한 반응기의 부분 단면도이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 폴리올레핀 테레프탈레이트의 중합체를 반응지대(zone)에서 230℃이상의 온도에서 메탄올 증기로 처리하고, 연속적으로 반응지대로부터 메탄올, 디메틸 테레프탈레이트 및 올레핀 글리콜의 증기를 회수하고(이때, 이들 증기는 디메틸 테레프탈레이트 1몰당 메탄올 약 3몰 이상을 함유한다), 이 증기로부터 메탄올을 분리하고, 디메틸 테레프탈레이트를 회수하는 단계들을 포함함을 특징으로 하여, 폴리올레핀 테레프탈레이트 중합체로부터 디메틸 테레프탈레이트를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 메탄올은 반응지대를 이탈하는 증기로부터 응축에 의해 분리되고, 디메틸 테레프탈레이트는 응축에 의해 회수되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 반응지대가 폴리올레핀 테레프탈레이트에 대한 용매도 함유하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 글리콜이 에틸렌 글리콜인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 테레프탈레이트를 약 15기압 미만의 압력에서 메탄올 증기로 처리하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 압력이 1내지 15기압인 방법.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 글리콜도 응축에 의해 회수되는 방법
