제1도는 크로믹크로메이트와 실리카졸이 축합반응해서 생성된 화합물을 표시한 도면,
제2도는 크로믹크로메이트, 실리카졸 및 실란커플링이 축합반응해서 생성된 화합물을 표시한 도면.

Claims (3)

  1. 6가 크롬이온 3.0∼50.0g/ℓ와 3가 크롬이온 2.0∼40.0g/ℓ와, 인산이온 1.0∼100g/ℓ와, 전체 크롬이온에 대한 중량비로 0.1∼1.2의 실리카졸와, 6가 크롬이온농도에 대한 몰비로 0.05∼0.3이 되는 실란커플링제로 이루어지고, 3가/6가 크롬이온중량비가 0.25∼1.5이고, 또 전체크롬이온에 대한 인산이온의 중량비가 0.1∼1.2인 크로메이트액(단, 3가 크롬 및 6가 크롬이온의 양은 실란커플링제 배합전의 값으로 표시)의 아연계 도금강판표면에 도포하고, 건조해서, 그 표면에 크롬부착량이 10∼150㎎/㎡의 크로메이트피막을 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연계 도금강판의 크로메이트 처리방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 몰계통크로메이트액에 함유하는 실란커플링제는 하기 일반식〔I〕및 〔2〕로 표시되는 것으로 부터 선택된 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 아연계 도금강판의 크로메이트처리방법.

    단 m+n=4 또는 n은 1∼3
    R……알킬기
    X……메톡시기 또는 에톡시기
    Y……비닐기, 메트갑토기 글리시독시기 또는 메타크릴록시기.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 크로메이트액의 아연도금강판에 도포한 후의 건조를, 상기 도금강판의 판온도 70∼200℃에서 5∼30초간 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연계 도금강판의 크로메이트처리방법.
