Claims (11)
- 6가 크롬 3.0∼50g/ℓ와, 3가 크롬 2.0-40g/ℓ와, 인산이온(PO4 3-)1.0∼ 100g/ℓ와, 탄소수4~8의 제3급 알코올 및 아세트니트릴로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종류의 유기용제의 3~50g/ℓ와 이루어지고 또한 크롬비(Cr3+/Cr3+중량비)가 0.25-1.5이고, 또 전체크롬에 대한 인상이온의 중량비 (PO4 3-/Cr6+Cr3+중량비)가 0.1-1.2인 수계크롬산염 액에, 실란결합제를 이 크콤산염액중의 6가 크롬농도에 대한 몰비로 0.05-0.30의 범위내에서 첨가 혼합함후, 이 수계크롬산염액을 아연계도금강판 표면에 도포하고 이어서 건조해서 그 표면에 크롬부착량이 10~200㎎/㎡의 크롬산염 피막을 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연계도금강판의 크롬산염처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수계크롬산염액에 함유하는 탄소수 4~8의 제3급알코올은 t-부탄올 또는 t-아밀알코올로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연계도금강판의 크로산염 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수계크롬산염액에 함유하는 실란결합제는 하기[I]및[II]로서 표시되는 것으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연계 도금강판의 크롬산염처리방법.[I] YRSiX[II] YSiXR…알칼리기, X…메톡시기 또는 에톡시기, Y…비닐기, 메르캅토기, 글리시독시기 또는 메타크릴록시기
- 제1항에 있어서, 수계크톰산염액을 아연계도금 강판에 도포한 후의 건조를, 이 도금 강판의 판 온도 60~150℃에서 5~10초간 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연계 도금강판의 크롬산염 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수계크롬산염액은 또 아연이온을 0.2-10g/ℓ 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연계도금강판의 크롬산염 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아연이온은 아연화, 탄산아연, 인산아연 또는 수산화아연으로부터 공급되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 아연계도금 강판의 크롬산염처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수계크톰산염액은 또 착불화물을 F에 환산해서 0.2-8g/ℓ 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연계도금강판의 크콤산염 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 착불화물은 플루오루지르코늄산, 플루오루티탄산, 플루오루규산 또는 플루오루붕산으로 부터 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연계도금강판의 크롬산염처리방법.
- 제2항 내지 제8항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수계크롬산염 핵은 또 아연이온을 0.2-10g/ℓ 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아염계도금강판의 크롬산염처리방법.
- 제2항 내지 제8항의 어느한항에 있어서, 수계크롬산염액은 또 착불화물을 F로 환산해서 0.2-8g/ℓ 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연계도금강판의 크롬산염처리방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 수계크롬산염액은 또 착불화물을 F로 환산해서 0.2∼8g/ℓ 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연계도금강판의 크롬산염 처리방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
